春のちょっとかすんだ・・富士山
（うん・・サラの気持ちもちょっとかすんでいるし）
Mt. Fuji, a bit hazy, maybe a typical view in Spring
Yahooのブログ、約3年前、2016年の7月に始めたけど
毎日、必ず更新って（勝手に）決めて頑張って来たけど
ちょっと両親のケアとか、色々あって
今後、スローペースになりそうだけど
でもね、こうしている時っていろんなことリセットできて
それに、ブログを通して、色々な方とつながっているようで
今のサラにはとっても大切な時間になっている

Sarah started her blog site, and when she started
she decided to up-date every day, however,
now her mother is hospitalising and also
her father need her support, so her life has been changed a lot
and a bit hard to manage her time, so now she’s not sure
whether she can up-date everyday or not. . .
however, she’d try to keep relations with you guys!
it’s a very important part of her life now!

anyway, let’s learn turns from Yuzu!
まずはアンテナをしっかり立てて！
これ、だいじです！
ワールドの初日の練習で、
結弦君、ターンを披露してくれていたので
ブライアンの時代にあった、コンパルソリー！

just like the compulsory, Braian used to compete
最初は左足のターン！
また図解しちゃう！（えへ！）
the first one is with his left skate
ok, let’s see each part
①左足で前向き（F）、内側（I）のエッジで
時計回りに進んで、②クルリンとエッジを反時計回りに
描いていた弧と反対回りにエッジを回すので
このターンは「ブラケット」
① skating Forwards driving a clockwise-circle with his Left, In-edge
② turns around counter-clockwise,
ie. going clockwise and turn counter-clockwise, so, this one is;
“Bracket Turn”
③④後ろ向き(B)になって外側のエッジ（O）で、そのまま
時計回りに進んで
③④ then skating Backward with his Left Out-edge
and making a clockwise circle
⑤もう一度、反時計回りにエッジを回転
⑥前向きになってインエッジでまた時計回りに進む
ここまでの動きは：
LFI – ブラケット – LBO – ブラケット – LFI
⑤ again turns around his edge counter -clockwise
⑥ moving forward with his In-edge, let’s revriew
LFI – Bracket – LBO – Bracket - LFI
ってかさ・・氷、やっぱ、融けてるよね
足元の映像なのに、エッジのトレースほどんど見えないし
水たまりのように反射しているし、氷の白いかけら見えないし
あ・・ダメだ！また愚痴ってしまう！
look Yuzu’s legs can are reflecting so beautiful,
gosh! it means, the ice is melting!!
must not a good condition to skate!!
there’re lots complain, about the temperature
in the rink, many complain it was not good condition
to have a competition. . .
足元の映像なのに、エッジのトレースほどんど見えないし

あ・・ダメだ！また愚痴ってしまう！

here, Yuzu is doing a Bracket and Three Turns
①右、イン・エッジで反時計回りに前に進んで
②エッジを時計回りに回転させて、ブラケット
① with his Right In-edge, skates counter-clockwise
② turns around his edge clockwise, so this is a Bracket
③右、アウト・エッジで後ろに反時計回りに進み
④反時計回りにエッジを回転させて、スリー
③ moving Back with his Right Out Edge, making
a counter-clockwise circle, then
④ turns his edge counter-clockwise, so this one is
“Three Turn”
すご！大腿筋盛り上がってるぅ～！
「ど～こ、見てるんだ！」
wow! beautifully developed Quadriceps!!!
“wrong place you are looking at, Sarah!”
「パパ、サラ、授業料払ってくれるかな？」
“Dad, will Sarah pay me for this lessen?”
