今日はかねてより予約していた左目のレンズの手術でした。
Today I had the lens surgery on my left eye, which had been scheduled for some time.
来週は右目です。

肺の術後でしたが、担当医に確認の上、受けることにしました。
Although I had just had lung surgery, I checked with my doctor and decided to undergo the procedure.
明日はその肺の検査です。
Tomorrow I have my lungs checked.
肋骨の骨折や筋肉の損傷の痛みは仕方ないですが、肺が順調に回復していることを祈りたいです。
The pain from broken ribs and damaged muscles is unavoidable, but I hope his lungs are recovering well.
幸い、呼吸リハビリのウォーキングも毎日1万歩続けられていて、ボイトレレッスンのほうもコントロールしながらしっかりやれています。
Fortunately, I have been able to continue walking 10,000 steps every day as part of my respiratory rehabilitation, and I am also able to keep my voice training lessons in check.
皆さんから"驚異的な回復"と驚かれますが、併せていただく"ご無理なさらないように"というご忠告もきちんと受け止めてこれからも過ごしてまいります。😭😭😭
