後発地震注意情報って何？

Off the cast of Hokkaido and Sanriku Subsequent Earthquake Advisory has been issued.
This unfamiliar term was used for the first time after the quake happened at late night Dec,8th. 

12月8日の夜遅くに起きた北海道、三陸沖地震の後に出されています。ニュースによると先に起きたマグニチュード7以上の地震の7日以内にマグニチュード8以上の地震が起きる確率が1%つまり100回に1回になるのでこの注意情報が出されたということです。普段は1000回に一度の確率が100回に一度つまり10倍になる。

According to the news, the Advisory is issued for the risk of the occurrence of a quake more than Mw 8 at the rate of 1% within 7 days of the previous quake more than Mw 7.

つまり、大きな地震の後は続いて更に強い地震が起きる確率が普段より高くなるので注意が必要だということです。

Mw : Moment  magnitude の略で振幅の大きさに基づくMagnitude に対して岩盤のズレに基づく地震の規模を示す数値、規模の大きい地震に使われる。

Happy Family gathering

Tonight we went out to Umeda to have dinner with our family members.
Actually we planned to have dinner at usual Singapore restaurant but we were disappointed to find the restaurant closed down.
We really liked the restaurant because it was an only restaurant where we could enjoy authentic Singaporean food.
But we had a good time at a different restaurant.
Anyway I’m happy that we could get together. I know my son’s family spends healthy and happy days in Kobe and my daughter enjoys

a full life in Malaysia. So do my wife and granddaughter thanks to Buddha and god,

今日は家族が集まれて良かった。みんなが集まれるということはそれぞれが健康で充実した毎日を過ごせているということ。

Both the evergreen and deciduous trees are nice

Yesterday I had a chance to visit an area called Ueroku that is a short name for Uehonmachi 6 chome in Osaka city.

I came across a very beautiful scene of autumn colors of ginkgo trees.

I can say not only those tropical scenes in such as Singapore and Malaysia but also these autumn scenes in Japan are nice.

シンガポール、マレーシアの熱帯の豊かな自然もいいし、日本の秋の景色もいいですね。
