飯田蛇笏 Iida-Dakothu
わらんべの溺るるばかり初湯かな
昭和6年の作品。10歳くらいの児童が、新年、溺れるほども湯量のあるお風呂に入る。
A work from 1930. A child around 10 years old takes a bath with enough water to drown in the new year.
「わらんあべ」のある他の俳句例としては、次のとおり。なお、私も、花粉症により、常時、透明な洟が出る。昔（戦前）、このような子を、鉄道大臣と言ったらしい。
