Last weekend, I cooked "Halloween Washoku (Japanse style dishes) dinner"割り箸ラブラブ





The menu is ...

 

おにぎり 5 kinds of Sushi

     寿司 Yellow pickled radish with Japanese basil

     寿司 Salmon with seaweed (laver) formed Jack-o-lantern

     寿司 Salmon roe with cucumber

     寿司 Seaweed (laver) with squid  (bandaged ghost)

     寿司 Japanese pickles formed flower

おにぎり Chiken with coloful vegetable sauce

おにぎり Pumpkin salad with cream cheese

おにぎり Boiled hizikia with soy sause

おにぎり Shirasu (young sardines) with radish

おにぎり Miso soup

 







When I was a child, Halloween was not so popular event,

but recently, it becomes more and more popular and bigger event in Japan,

then so many Japanese enjoy it with a pretty costume or some funny foods or snacks as well as foreign countriesハロウィン

Of course, I've been enjoying Halloween so much in the past several years! 照れイエローハーツ

週末に「ハロウィン和食御膳」を作ってみましたよ音譜

 



メニューはというと・・・

 

 

おにぎり　5種の手毬寿司 

     寿司 紫蘇ごま飯とたくあん

     寿司 海苔ジャックオーランタンのサーモン巻き

     寿司 いくら

     寿司 イカと海苔巻きの包帯おばけ

     寿司 柴漬けフラワー

おにぎり チキンソテーのカラフル野菜のソースがけ

おにぎり クリームチーズ入りかぼちゃサラダ

おにぎり ひじきとじゃこの煮物

おにぎり しらすおろし

おにぎり お味噌汁

 

 

私が小さいころはハロウィーンなんて全然知らなかったのに・・・

気付けば日本でもとっても人気なイベントになりましたねハロウィンイエローハーツ

近年はコスチュームやハロウィンイベントも沢山あったり、楽しいですよねニコ

ここ数年、私もとっても楽しみにしてますし楽しんでいますハート

数年前は会社帰りに皆でコスプレして遊んだりしたな～音譜笑

The autumn has come!イチョウウシシぶどう

 

Although I've been missed summer season a little, I'm looking forward to enjoying "Autumn of appetite" recently.ウシシ栗きのこ焼き芋ぶどう


Since the autumn is rich in seasonal foods, for example fruites, mashrooms, potatoes and so on,

we can enjoy eating so much in this season in Japanラブラブ

 

 

In these days, I enjoy making a lunch box before my working in early morning晴れ


In order to priovide memorial enjoyable lesson for foreigners in near future,

I have to practice cooking more and moreビックリマーク

I would like foreigners to enjoy cooking rice ball, making character using variety of foods,

and eating seasonal foods or local foods through this lunch box lesson 音譜

ついこの間まで夏だったのに、ここのところ急に秋が深まりましたね月見

夏が終わってしまい少し寂しい気もしつつ、私は何といっても毎年「食欲の秋」を楽しみにしておりますよニコニコ　焼き芋栗きのこ

皆さんはいかがですかはてなマーク

私は今年も早速、梨に葡萄に、毎日のように秋の味覚を頂いておりますぶどうウシシ

 

 

さて、先日から朝のお弁当作りに精を出している私ですキラキラ

外国人の方に喜んで頂けるレッスンをしたいと思い、毎朝出勤前に練習に励んでおりました！！

毎朝バタバタですが、とっても楽しい時間です照れ

 

ちょっと小人風？おじさん風？ですが・・・

笑える感じのおにぎりキャラ弁はいかがでしょうかはてなマークおにぎりにひひ

作るのも食べるのもとっても楽しいですよ音譜ウシシ

 





 

ただし、まだまだ課題は沢山！

もっと季節の食材をつかったものを提供したい、地元の食材を使いたい、

もっと美味しいおにぎりにするには、もっと楽しい内容にするにはどうしたら良いか、と日々試行錯誤しておりますが、

徐々に良いものが出来てきておりますので、近々レッスンとしても形になればと考えております音譜
