Last weekend, I cooked "Halloween Washoku (Japanse style dishes) dinner"
The menu is ...
5 kinds of Sushi
Yellow pickled radish with Japanese basil
Salmon with seaweed (laver) formed Jack-o-lantern
Salmon roe with cucumber
Seaweed (laver) with squid (bandaged ghost)
Japanese pickles formed flower
Chiken with coloful vegetable sauce
Pumpkin salad with cream cheese
Boiled hizikia with soy sause
Shirasu (young sardines) with radish
Miso soup
When I was a child, Halloween was not so popular event,
but recently, it becomes more and more popular and bigger event in Japan,
then so many Japanese enjoy it with a pretty costume or some funny foods or snacks as well as foreign countries
Of course, I've been enjoying Halloween so much in the past several years! 
So let's enjoy the event this year too!!

週末に「ハロウィン和食御膳」を作ってみましたよ
メニューはというと・・・
5種の手毬寿司
紫蘇ごま飯とたくあん
海苔ジャックオーランタンのサーモン巻き
いくら
イカと海苔巻きの包帯おばけ
柴漬けフラワー
チキンソテーのカラフル野菜のソースがけ
クリームチーズ入りかぼちゃサラダ
ひじきとじゃこの煮物
しらすおろし
お味噌汁
私が小さいころはハロウィーンなんて全然知らなかったのに・・・
気付けば日本でもとっても人気なイベントになりましたね
近年はコスチュームやハロウィンイベントも沢山あったり、楽しいですよね
ここ数年、私もとっても楽しみにしてますし楽しんでいます
数年前は会社帰りに皆でコスプレして遊んだりしたな～笑
