What kind of cake do you like

Today, I cooked a blueberry crumble tart which is one of my favorit recipe.

At first, I cook four part of the tart for each.

1, tart paste

2, crumble paste

3, custard

4, almond cream

Then, combine with each part and blueberries.

After that, I bake it about 1 hour over the oven.

It takes about 3 hours to cook it from the begining to the finish though,

all processes are not so difficult and the cake is completely yammy

I feel so happy when I cook such sweets or some dishes 

I refreshed so much today

お久しぶりです

最近少々忙しくしており、更新が出来ておりませんでした

あっという間に9月も下旬ですね

さて、皆さんはどんなケーキがお好きですか＾＾

私はブルーベリークランブルタルトが大好きで、今日は（というか昨日から＾＾；）

夜活！朝活！して作りました

私の大好きなレシピの一つです。

こちらのケーキは4つのパートから出来ています。

1、タルト生地

2、クランブル

3、カスタードクリーム

4、アーモンドクリーム

こちらの4つのパートを作った後、それぞれを組み立てて、ブルーベリーをトッピングしたら

オーブンで1時間焼きます。

それぞれのパートを作るため、少々時間と手間がかかりますが、

それぞれの工程は難しくないですし、作った甲斐がある美味しさですよ

私はこういったケーキやお料理を作る時間がとっても好きで

今日は好きな事に熱中出来て、とってもリフレッシュできました

季節の変わり目で体調を崩しやすい季節となりますが

The autumn has cooooooome!!!!!

Recently, Icooked  (and practice making) the “Otsukimi” lunch box.🍱

“Otsukimi” means that “viewing the moon” and

we have a seasonal festival of “Otsukimi” in Japan 🇯🇵 🎑

This festival makes me feel really autumn 🍂 

By the way, which one do you like

In Japan, tomorrow (Sep.13) is the festival day in this year

私は普段はあまりお月見はしないのですが、

今年はお月見弁当を作ったりしながら

何だか楽しみにしてます

こんな感じで作ってみました

”Chibi-Maruko- Chan” lunch box, ちびまる子ちゃん弁当

The September has begun

Today, I'd like to introduce you one of the famous character in Japan 'Chibi-Maruko-Chan'.

She is a third grade in a public elementary school, and her lazy but curious character is widely popular in Japanese people  

The 'Chibi-Maruko-Chan''s locale is my home town Shizuoka prefecture. and it is one of my favorite character

Then, in August, I tried to cook a "Chara-ben" (Character lunch box) of her

In order to express my hometown Shizuoka city with her smiling, I put the Mt. Fuji next to her.

For her face, I mixed dried bonito with rice,

and for Mt. Fuji, I mixed green tea for the bottom and put the whitebait (young of the sardin) for the top resemble snow.

These dried bonito, green tea and whitebait are the famous staple in Shizuoka prefecture

and I recommend to eat for visitores.!!

Anyway, I have to practice cooking of "Chibi-Maruko-Chan" lunch box more and more to cook much better

日本で大変人気のちびまる子ちゃんですが、舞台が静岡（清水）だという事を皆さんご存知でしたか

地元でも大変人気がありますよ

清水のドリームプラザにはテーマパークもあり、ちびまる子ちゃん好きの皆さんにはたまらない内容になっております

そんなちびまる子ちゃんを、先日、弁当につめてみました

静岡をつめこみたくて、まるちゃんの横には富士山を

まるちゃんのお顔には鰹節を混ぜ、富士山には抹茶を、雪に見立ててシラスをトッピングしてみました

それにしても、まるちゃんのお顔も富士山も・・・

もっと練習しなくては・・・
