Today, the big typhoon has come to Japan
and it seems so many city have damaged in various place although we haven't known its details yet.
Hope everyone keep safe.
Today I'd like to introduce you the very Japanese style cuisine "Nikujaga" (Meet with ptatoes)which is one of my vavorit menu
The Nikujaga is stewed dish and this is typical home style cooking in Japan,
and so many mothers have so many taste of Nikujaga for each.
I like my mother's taste and I've been practiced to be able to cook as same taste
Usually, it is seasoned by only soysauce, sugar, mirin (Japanese sweet wine)
and sake (Japanese rice wine) , but my mother's special recipe is added "GARLIC"
and stewed together.
It becomes more flaverd dish and the taste stimulates our appetite more and more
It's sooooo yammy
I would like to tell how to cook it to foreign people in near future

今日は台風19号が上陸して日本中酷い被害が出てしまいましたね。
まだ、どんな被害となっているのか細かい詳細がわかりませんが、
被害が大きくならないこと、皆さまのご無事を心より祈っております。
さて、今日は「肉じゃが」のご紹介です。
肉じゃがって、何とも言えない和食の味わいで、ごはんも進む美味しいメニューですよね
私は大好きなメニューの一つです
それぞれの家庭の味があって、色んな思い出や懐かしみをお持ちの方も多いのではないでしょうか
私も昔から母の肉じゃがが大好きなのですが、その隠し味は・・・
なんと・・・
「にんにく」なんです
ちょっと意外と感じる方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、
普通のレシピに、ニンニクを加えるだけで、
普通の肉じゃがよりももっと、ご飯がすすむ薫りと味わいになるんですよ
今日はそんなレシピで私も肉じゃがを作りました
母の味に近づけたかな
外国人の方にもこの美味しさをお伝えしたくなりました
