Today, I’d like to introduce you the “Katsu-Don” which is very popular Japanese cuisine.

It is the bowled rice topped with deep fried pork (pork cutlet), sliced onion, and beaten egg boiled with sweet soy sauce based broth.🍚✨
It is constructed by very powerful ingredients and makes us so powerful!!💪



Recently, I heard that the “Tonkatsu” (simply Japanese style pork cutlet) and “Katsu-Don” are very popular for foreigners too.

Such powerful menu is loved by all over the world 😄

今日はカツ丼のご紹介です💕

カツ丼、私はヒレ肉を使います🍖
お醤油、お砂糖、味醂、酒、水で味を整えて、玉ねぎからお水が出るので、始めは少し濃い目でお出汁を作ります👍
玉ねぎが煮えたら揚げたカツと溶き卵をインして、卵が良い感じになったらon the rice🍚 ✨
食べる時には少し胡椒を振るのもオススメですよ😋

カツ丼って美味しいですよね❤️

最近は海外の方にも人気のメニューになってきたようで✨
和食人気が嬉しいですね😊

I cooked a side dish which I steamed squids and white reddish with soy sauce, sugar and gingers.🦑

The gingers remove squid’s raw smell and make the dish more flavorful😋

This is the most important point that we remove the raw smell when we steam the sea food! 🥘
