Firstly, I cook each parts,

 and set up them finally.

Each parts are not so difficult to cook, but the color and shape after setting up are so pretty and gives us exciting💝😄

先日、花巻寿司を作ってみました

それぞれのパーツを作ってから組み立てるようにして作る巻寿司、それぞれのパーツを作るのは難しくありませんし、楽しんで作る事が出来ました

切る時のワクワク感はたまりませんね

Washoku Dinner, 和食御膳

Last weekend, I cooked Japanese dinner set for my family👩‍🍳

It was so fun and really glad that my family enjoyed it so much😊

It’s because I like cooking💞

•Chopped octopus and white beans dressed with vinegar sauce 

•Rolled Omelette (no photo)

•Chopped burdock root sautéed with sugar and soy sauce

•Fried shrimp dumpling with vegetables (lotus root and green pepper)

•fried ginkgo nut with salt

•Persimmon, garland chrysanthemum, and tofu and sesame sauce

•Garlic steak rice

•Mushrooms Soup

•Pickles

Paragliding in Asagiri, 朝霧パラグライダー

Hello

Thank you for your coming 

Yesterday, I went to Asagiri in Shizuoka to play paragliding with my friends 

First, we take the car to go to the bottom of mountain, and change to the lift.

The lift conveyed us from the bottom to the top of mountain taking about 10 min.

It was sooooo excited vehicle becaus its rail was so steep slope and we feel thrilling totally from beginning to the end

On the way, we could find the beautiful Mt. Fuji behind us

After arriving the top of mountain, we prepared to fly with our instructors 👨‍🏫 

How beautiful  it is

My instructor said it is the best weather in this season

Wow!! We are so lucky

All preparations went perfectly smoothly and flight was so nice

After our flight, we have been kept high tension a while and enjoyed lunch in nature so much.

It was so precious enjoyable time for me

パラグライダーの後、ソフトクリームを2回も食べたのは内緒です

ミルクランドではミルクジェラート✨

濃厚なのにさっぱりしてました🍦

IDEBOKUのアイスクリームはミルクランドよりもっと濃厚🍦

どちらも美味しすぎてほっぺが落ちそうでした

大自然からのパワーと牛さんのミルク、そしてかぐわしい香りも沢山頂きました

とってもありがたくて、パワーみなぎる1日になりました
