大学まで野球をやってきた。

プロには行けなかったが、自分に納得がいくまで野球を続けたので満足している。

でも1つだけ後悔していることがある。

現役時代、私は感覚で野球をしていた。
During my playing days, I played baseball by feeling.
「この方法の方が投げやすい。」
"It's easier to throw this way."
「この方法でやるとコントロールが安定する。」
“If you do it this way, you will have more stable control.”
全てを何となくの感覚で捉えていた。
I was perceiving everything in a vague way.
なぜ投げやすいのか、なぜコントロールがつくのかをもっと深く追求すべきだった。
I should have investigated more deeply why it is easy to throw and why it is controlled.
今の時代、ネットやYouTube、本などで一流の情報を得られる。
In this day and age, you can get top-notch information on the internet, YouTube, books, etc.
体の動きを論理的に理解して、適切なアプローチをすればもっと良い選手になれてたかもしれない。
He could have become a better player if he logically understood body movements and took the appropriate approach.
(もちろん同じ結果だったかもしれないが笑)

でももう今頃言っても遅い。
But it's too late to say it now.
だから、今後は仕事についての知識をつけて論理的に動けるようになりたい思っている。

今はその理由をできるだけ分析するようにしている。

感覚でやっていると、他人に説明ができない。。。

何事においても、まずは知識をつけることが大事だ。

日々の業務を大変だが、誰にでも論に説明できるように、もう一度教育について勉強しないとなー。
