35 U.S.C. 102 (c)は、現行法では条文の内容が異なります。
abandonという語は出てきません。

35 U.S.C. 26は、現行法でもほぼ同文ですが、当時のCommissioner がDirectorに変更されています。

上にあげた中で注意が必要なのは、「早期審査」でしょう。
