It've been raining recently, but today is sunny and fine weather so far.

さて、当アパートメントへご入居・ご滞在されますと、

お部屋にウェルカムセットとしてお飲物をご用意させていただいております。

We are welcoming you with many kind of beverags in your room.

まずは、冷蔵庫に「Volvic」をご用意しております。

We put the cold water in your refrigerator.

そして、各お部屋にはコーヒーメーカーが設置してあり、

こちらを使って様々なお飲物をお試しいただけます。

There is coffee maker in your room.

You can enjoy many kinds of beverages with this.

ご用意しているお飲物のは下記の画像の通り、

4種類です。

These are beverages we can provide to.

左上から、①コーヒー、②ディカフェコーヒー、

③紅茶、④緑茶

となっております。

From the upper left side, 1, Coffee, 2. Decaf coffee,

3. Tea, 4. Green tea.

ご滞在人数によりこちらのカートリッジの数も

変動致しますが、

もしお気に召して頂けたら

フロントにて一個からの販売もしておりますので

是非ご利用くださいませ。

Number of beverages depend on how many tenants are,

if would like to have these more you can buy them at the front desk as well.

１２月に入り、日に日に寒さが増しておりますが

皆様体調を崩されたりしていませんでしょうか？

Now on December, it is getting colder and coder in Japan.

Please take care of your self.

さて、こちらのブログでもイルミネーションやデコレーションなど、

様々なクリスマスの様子をお伝えしましたが・・・

We have already written about illumination at Yebisu Garden Place

and decoration at our apartment on the blog....

今回は当アパートメントの近くで予約できる

素敵なクリスマスケーキをご紹介いたします

Today, we will introduce Christmas cakes,

which saled near from our apartment!

まずはお隣のウェスティンホテルのクリスマス限定のケーキ。

First, these are Christmas cakes of Westin Hotel.

こちらはマロンクリームのブッシュドノエルです。

小さなサンタクロースの飾りが素敵ですね！

This is a bûche de Noël made with marron cream.

A little santa clauses are really cute!

こちらはドレスやアクセサリーなどのモチーフの詰まった

フェミニンで可愛らしいケーキです。

Surprisingly, this cake has many dresses and accessories!

つづいてお隣のガーデンプレイス内にございます、

ジョエル・ロブションのクリスマスケーキを！

Next, these are Christmas cake of Joël Robuchon

in Yebisu Garden Place.

こちらはホワイトチョコレートムースのケーキ。

ハートの形とラズベリーが愛らしいですね
This is made of white chocolate.

Heart shape and raspberries on side are pretty.

こちらはホワイトチョコレートのムースをベリーのジュレで包み込んだものです。

真っ赤な色が情熱的でクリスマスらしいですね

This one is white chocolate mousse covered with berru jerry.

The passionate red color is perfect for Christmas!

紹介したものの他にも様々なケーキがあるようです。

販売数が限られているものもあるそうなので

ご希望の方はどうぞお早めに

They has various cakes except these.

本日は「タクシー」手配のお手伝いについてお話させていただきます。

today we introduce the ALLOCATION SYSTEM in the apartment.

アパートメント周辺はとても閑静な住宅街の為

なかなかタクシーがつかまりにくい時間帯もございます。

Actually, it is very hard to get the cab around here sometimes,

because here is quit and very calm place.

ですので、会議、急用、空港までの送迎…等での

タクシーの予約、手配をさせていただいております。

so, we can call the cab and make booking for you beforehand.

お日にちやお時間がお決まりになっている際は

事前にタクシー配車予約が可能でございますので

コンシェルジュにお申し付け下されば

ご指定のご予約内容での配車をさせていただきます。

if you already got the details, please let us know.

According your details, we will get the cab for you.

また急なお仕事や、お急ぎのご予定の場合も

周辺ショップのご案内~Buco di Muro～

こんにちは！

東京は昨日に引き続き気持ちの良い冬晴れのお天気です

Konnichiwa!

It is wonderful sunny winter weather in Tokyo.

今日は恵比寿ガーデンプレイスのイタリアンレストラン"Buco di Muro"をご紹介いたします。

こちらのレストランは当アパートメントから一番近いレストランで、テラス席もございます。

We introduce Italian Restaurant "Buco di Muro" at Ebisu Garden Place.

This is the closest retaurant from our apartment and there are tables outside.

テラス席にはパラソルヒーターがあり、冬でも暖かいです。

You can sit in warm with the heater at the terrace tables.

こちらが本日のランチメニューです。

This is Today's Lunch Menu.

どれもおいしそうですね

They all looks delicious!

また、先日解禁されたボジョレー・ヌーボーもありました

They have Beawjolais Nouveau which have released the other day.

営業時間は22時半まで、ラストオーダーは21時半となっております。

夜はガーデンプレイスやお隣のロブションのライトアップを見ながら、お食事をお楽しみ頂けます。

お越しの際は是非、Buco di Muroで素敵なランチ、ディナーご堪能くださいませ

Open from 11:30am to 22:30. Last order is 21:30.

You can enjoy your dinner and Garden Place's light display.

サプライズギフト

こんにちは。 皆様、いかがお過ごしでしょうか？

Hello. How are you?

11月も終わりに近づき、そろそろ本格的に冬支度の季節となって参りました。

November is close to end and we are heading towards the real winter time.

私たちフロントも、日々忙しなくご入居者様の対応を楽しくさせて頂いております！

We at the front desk are having a great time assisting the tenants atour apartment as always.

と本日、いつも通りの業務をしていましたらある業者様から素敵なギフトが (*^▽^*)！

Then came a plesant surprise from one of the vendor who has been working for us.

なんと、いつも館内のプラントを管理してくださっているL社の方から真っ赤なポインセチアを頂いたのです。

The surprise gift was a big and red Poinsettia in full bllom!

大きくて立派な花びらで、受付がぱっと明るくなり一気にクリスマス気分を盛り上げてくれました！

It suddenly lit up the environment and infused the feeling of Christmas!

ということで今回は、少しだけ館内を癒すプラントをご紹介させて頂きます。

By saying that, we would like to introduce a little bit of the plants in our apartment today.

まずはじめにエントランスをくぐってすぐに目に入ってくるのは、背の高い濃いグリーンのプラント。

First of all, when you enter the main entrance you see a tall and green plant,

こちらは、「ドラセナ・ジェレ」を呼ぶそうです。

called " Doracaena Geret".

とても爽やかな印象で色味に品と落ち着きがあり、シンプルな存在感が癒しをもたらしてくれます♪

It has a fresh and elegent atmosphere with deep green, and its simpleness gives us a relaxing mood.

続きまして２階に参りますと、エレベータが空いてすぐにこじんまりとして背の低目のプラントがお出迎え。

On the 2nd Floor right after the elevator door opens, you are welcomed by a slightly short-hight plant.

こちらも同じ種類のプラントになりますが、リースと共にさりげなくインテリアに溶け込んでいます。

This one is the same kind as the one downstairs, but it nicely fit to the interior decorated with a leath.

もう一つ。ロビーの奥にひっそりと置かれているのは、「アレカヤシ」です。

Another one is situated at the far back of the hall is an "Arekayashi".

どっしりとした佇まいでお客様を見守っているようです。

Its dignified appearance seems to care about the tenants with muteness.

そして３階に参りますと、今度は素敵な寄せ植えの鉢が。

Going up to the 3rd floor then, there you find a lovely flower pot planted with variety of flowers.

こちらは、季節によって素敵にアレンジして頂いております。

The arrangements are replaced beautifully with seasonal flowers.

こんな風に、モダンな館内にも心休まるちょっとした心使いで皆様をお待ちしております！

Like what has been introduced, we wait for you with a hint of warm touch at every corners in our modernly built apartment.

最後に、ポインセチアの花言葉を。。

Lastly, We would like to send you the laungage of flower of Pinsettia..

「祝福する」、それから「私の心は燃えている！」 だそうです。

"Bless" , and "My soul is burning!"

１１月も中旬に入りましたが、

本日東京は暖かく過ごしやすいお天気です

Now it's as earyly as the middle of November,

it is warm and shiny in Tokyo today

さて、巷では次第にクリスマスムードも高まってきているのではないでしょうか

当アパートメントでも、クリスマスデコレーションを致しましてお客様をお出迎えしております。

Many people seem to become feeling the Christmas atmosphere

In our apartment,

we are welcoming the customers with Christmas decorations.

ミニツリーのすぐ隣にはソリをひくトナカイのオーナメント。

We can also find decorations right next to the small tree.

ガラスとお花のコンビネーションがとても可愛らしいですね

エントランスを抜けまして、ロビーに入りますと・・・

もう一つ大きめのツリーがございます

We can see another big Christmas tree

横にいる小さなサンタさんも可愛らしいんですよ

クリスマスと言えばご馳走やプレゼント！という方も多いと思いますが、

こうして目で楽しむクリスマスもまた素敵ですね

今日は当アパートメントに隣接しております

恵比寿ガーデンプレイスのクリスマスイルミネーションのご紹介をしたいと思います。

Today, we will introduce the Christmas illumination at Ebisu Garden Place.

センター広場には、毎年クリスマスの時期になると光り輝くバカラのシャンデリアが登場いたします

The shiny baccarat chandelier appears at Center Plaza every Christmas season

10月下旬頃から取り付けが始まり

It has been started to built from end of October,

そして先週の日曜日より"Baccarat ETERNAL LIGHTS"が点灯されました。

Baccarat ETERNAL LIGHTS has started last Sunday.

もちろん夜のライトアップされたシャンデリアも綺麗なのですが

昼の太陽の光にあたるバカラもとても美しいです。

Of course it is beautifu at night, but it's also beautiful with sunshine at daytime.

機会があれば是非日中のバカラのシャンデリアもご覧になってみてください。

If you have chance to see it, please enjoy it during the daytime.

こちらのイルミネーションは来年の1月11日(月)までとなっております。

恵比寿の光り輝くクリスマスをお楽しみくださいませ。

レンタル自転車

当アパートメントでは、

各種レンタル品のご用意がございます。

We have some rental equipments.

今回ご紹介いたしますのは、

「自転車」です。

Today we'll show you the rental bikes.

自転車レンタルご入用のお客様は

一度フロントへお声かけ頂きまして

お手続きをしていただきます。

If you would like to use them,

please let us know and please signed the documents.

レンタル自転車の置き場は、

地下の駐車場にございます。

The bikes are in the parking.

室内エレベータで地下に行っていただき、

エレベーター隣にございますのが駐車場への扉でございます。

You can see the door next to the lift at basement.

Please onpn the door and go to the parking area.

扉を開けてすぐ正面には

レンタル自転車が３台ございますので

お貸出し致しました鍵に記載されている

自転車番号と同じものをご利用くださいませ！

Yo can see the bikes in front of the door.

本日はサービスアパートメント周辺施設のご紹介致します

We'll introduce the place around our apartment.

過去記事でも何度か登場している、

「恵比寿ガーデンプレイス」ですが、

そちらの施設内にはたくさんの飲食店が入っており

ランチ時からディナーまでたくさんの方が利用しておりますv(^-^)v

There are so many restaurants in Ebisu Garden Place.

You can go there for the lunch or even for the dinner as well.

その中でも今年リニューアルオープンした

恵比寿Glass Squareをご紹介したいと思います

The part of the restaurants are called Ebisu Glass Square.

There is information for you!

ガーデンプレイス中央の庭からすぐの場所に入口があります！

You can see the entrance for this through the central garden of Ebisu Garden Place.

広々としたエントランスを抜けると

様々なジャンルのレストランが隣接しており

カジュアルにもフォーマルにもご利用いただけるかと思います

Through the entrance, you can see many kinds of the restaurants

so you could come here for either way casual style or formal style.

オフィスが多数隣接しているため

ランチ時はたくさんの人が利用しており、

行列を作っているお店も多数見受けられます。

ですので、

ランチ時を少し外したお時間のご利用をおすすめします

In the lunch time,

there are so many people make a line because there are some offices around here.

So we recomend that you should go there avoiding the lunch time.

その日の気分にあったお食事が楽しめるかと思います

Hello all!

今日の東京はすっきりとした秋晴れで

あたたかく、過ごしやすい気候ですね

Today is a fine autumn day,

it is warm and really comfortable weather

さて、今日は当アパートメントの104号室をご紹介いたします！

Now we will introduce Room 104 in our apartment!

ブルーを基調としたお部屋になっていて、

シックで落ち着いた雰囲気となっています。

This room is based around the color blue.

The main attractive point is chic and calm atmosphere.

ベッドルームの青のストライプの壁紙と

窓から見える緑のコントラストが美しいです

We can enjoy beautiful green from the window

contrast with blue-striped wallpaper

こちらの壁紙はよく見てみますと花柄になっており、

華やかな雰囲気のダイニングになっております！

Look closely, this wall paper is printed with flower patterns!

You can enjoy having a meal with in gorgeaous atmosphere.

リビングルームも淡いブルーがメインの

落ち着ける雰囲気になっています。

There is also a roomy living room colored with light blue,

You can feel relaxing in this roomy space.

当アパートメントにはこちらの104号室の他にも

素敵なお部屋をたくさんご用意しております！
