We have many customers from overseas as being situated in the area of Ebisu.

こんにちは！

サービスアパートメント恵比寿のフロントデスクでございます。

今週に入りすっかり秋の空気になり、日中も少し肌寒くなって参りました

今日はサービスアパートメントの103号室、Studioのお部屋をご紹介いたします。

こちらのお部屋は36.51㎡と、他のお部屋と比べると少しコンパクトになっております。

ホワイトベースで、お一人様のご滞在には最適のお部屋です。

リビングルームにはゆったりおくつろぎ頂けるソファとデスクをご用意しております。

また、こちらのタイルの床は床暖房がついておりますので、

これからの季節も暖かく快適にお過ごし頂けます♪

テレビもコンパクトに収納されております

キッチンは少し小さ目ですが、必要な調理器具や調理家電はしっかり揃っておりますので

お料理も十分お楽しみ頂けますよ

ベッドはセミダブルが1台となっております。

小さなお子様やゲストの方がお泊りになる際等、お布団のレンタルもご用意可能です。

出張やお一人でのご旅行の際は、是非Studioタイプをご利用くださいませ

It is getting cool here and is almost autumn.

We will introduce Studio type room (103).

This room is 36.51㎡ so that a little compact than other rooms.

The room is based on white and best for single stay.

In the living room, there is a somfortable sofa and desk.

Also, this room has flor heating system.

You can spend with warm from now on.

TV is stored in the closet.

However, kithchen is a bit small, there are enough cooking item and tools,

you can enjoy cooking.

The bed is Semi-double size.

We can reat Japanese Futon set if your guests come.

We hope you enjoy this Studio type room.

こんにちは！

東京は秋晴れで気持ちのいいお天気が続いています

皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか？

さて、本日当アパートメントから近くの

恵比寿ガーデンプレイスにて

巨大なパルメザンチーズが！

と思いましたところ・・・

こちらはなんとベンディングマシーンとなっており、

300個のボタンのうちひとつを押すと

クラフト 100％パルメザンチーズのパッケージの形の

ランチボックスが出てくるとのことです

これを先着300名様に無料でプレゼントという

なんとも素敵なイベントが行われております

本日12時より行われるとのことで、

ガーデンプレイスのランチタイムが

いつもにも増して賑やかになりそうです

ガーデンプレイスでは

他にもたくさん楽しいイベントが開催されています！

当アパートメントをご利用の際には

The weather holds fine in Tokyo recently.

How are you doing lately?

We can see a huge "kraft parmesan cheese" package

in Yebisu Garden Place, which is near from our apartment.

This is a vending machine for original lunch boxes

in the shape of "kraft parmesan cheese" package.

These are given as presents to first 300 arrivals.

It looks like really fun!

It starts from 12 p.m. today

so it will be more lively than usual lunch time

They often hold many interesting events at Garden Place.

How about going there and enjoy unique events like this?

もう早くも９月に入り、
すっかり秋の気配を感じられる今日この頃ですが･･･

皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか？
Now as early as September has begun,
we can feel sign of autumn in Japan.

さて、当アパートメントの近くの
恵比寿ガーデンプレイスにおきましても
夏のビアガーデン等といったイベントに引き続き、
さまざまな催し物が開催されるそうです

At Ebisu Garden Place which is a facility near from our apartment,
there will have a lot of events as well as they had a beer garden in summer season.

ここでは"YEBISU マルシェ"について紹介させて頂きます

We'll introduce "YEBISU Marche".

YEBISUマルシェでは
コンセプトを"Original & Natural"としていて、
有機JAS、特別栽培、エコファーマーなど
体と環境にやさしい食品にこだわる新しいスタイルのマルシェだそうです！
The concept of YEBISU Marche is "Original & Natural".
They will sell JAS (Japan Agricultural Standards),specially cultivated and eco farmer's agricultural products.
It is a new style Marche dealing in foods which are good for both health and environment.

今月９月には６日（日）と２７日（日）に
１１：００～１７：００の間、
恵比寿ガーデンプレイス内のシャトー広場で開催されます。
On this September,
it will be held on 6th(Sun.) and 27th(Sun.), from 11:00 to 17:00,
at chateau hiroba in Ebisu Garden Place.

またマルシェは今月に限らず、
毎月第一・第三日曜日に開催されるそうです！
It will be also held on the first and third Sunday of every months.

７月には入ったものの

まだ梅雨は終わらず、

すっきりしないお天気が続いていますね

こんな時期には気分を変えて

スパイシーな味わいを楽しめる

当アパートメントを出た通りを真っ直ぐ行かれますと、

右手にテラス席のあるウッド調の店内が素敵な

カフェ・マングローブがございます

平日でもランチ時は大賑わいで

数量限定のカオマンガイ（タイ風鶏肉の炊き込みごはん）、

定番のグリーンカレー、

テレビでも紹介された人気のパッタイ（タイ風焼きそば）など、

他にも豊富なメニューがあり、

お手頃でおいしいランチを楽しめます

弊社のアパートメントから徒歩3分ほどの立地ですので

アパートメントをご利用の際には

ランチやディナー等で

こんな日は外でランチに出かけたくなりますね

本日は、サービスアパートメント1階にございます１０４号室の部屋をご紹介します！

こちらの部屋はブルー基調のデザインが海を思わせる素敵な空間です。

１階にはなりますが、建物が高台にございますので、敷地外からの視線もほとんど気になりません。

お庭の緑もお楽しみいただけます。

広さは９２．９０sqmの２LDKで、お子様のいるご家族の方でもゆったりとご利用頂けます。

↓こちらはキングサイズベッドが１台とシングルベッドが２台のご用意。

↓リビングはシックでモダンな色あいの家具を配置。

↓バスルームは２部屋ご用意。

↓キッチンには、料理に必要な器具やカトラリーもすべて揃えております。

It's such a beautiful day today seems just perfect for taking your lunch outside!

We'd like to introduce one of our unit #104 today.

This room is designed based on blue color as if you were in the ocean which creates a very relax mood.

Since the facility stands on a high ground where the unit is on the first floor,No need to worry about the

people outside.In fact, you can enjoy the green on the garden.

The room size is 92.90 sqm of 2LDK, it's big enough for a family with children.

↓The room has 1 king sized bed and 2 single bed.

↓The living room has sets of furnitures that are chic and modernly coloured.

↓There are 2 bathrooms.

↓We have all the cooking equipments in the kichen.

We take reservations from as short as 1 week stay to a longer term stay over a month here at Serviced Apartment Ebisu.

You can spend your hours as relaxing and safe just as staying at your own home, which you might not be able to feel staying at hotels.

熱々にトーストしたサイラーのパンを、半分はバターで、半分はジャムでお召し上がりください！

ご希望のお客様には、淹れたてのコーヒーと焼き立てのパン、季節のフルーツをご用意しており、

毎朝７：００～８：４５の間でご希望のお時間帯に直接お部屋へお届け致します。

How are you spending this pleasant weather?

Today we would like to inform you our breakfast service we offer at the Service Apartment Ebisu.

The service includes freshly brewed coffee, home baked bread and seasonal fruits.

Bread is rare Austrian bread from a traditional bakery called "Sailer" delivered to us all the way from Fukuoka prefecture (South part for Japan).

You can enjoy the great taste of it half with butter and the other half with jam!

The breakfast service will be delivered to your room by our concierges every morning upon the requested time between 7:00 to 8:45,

Hope you get a chance to try our wonderful breakfast service at Service Apartment EBISU!

JR恵比寿駅東口を出てすぐのガーデンプレイスの中にある、

エビスビール記念館をご紹介しようと思います！

ヱビスビールの歴史がわかるギャラリーや

グラスや手ぬぐいといった素敵なお土産がたくさんあるミュージアムショップなど
