アルズトイバーン クリスマスツリー①Al's toy barn X'mastree①

さあ、もうすぐクリスマスです。

It is Christmas soon.

みなさん飾りつけは済みましたか？

Did you finish the everybody decoration?

と言うことで恒例の我が家のクリスマスツリーです。

So it is a Christmas tree of annual my home.

ハロウィンが終わるとすぐに製作に入ります。

It is production start as soon as Halloween is over.

今年のテーマは、去年から決まっていました！

The theme of this year was decided from last year!

アルズトイバーン です！　色々アイテムがありそうです。

It is ” Al's toy barn!”　There seems to be an item in various ways.

まずは、植木鉢からですね。

At first it is from a flowerpot

今回は悩まずに決まりました！

I was selected without being troubled this time!

これです！　分かるかな？この買い物カート！

It is this!　Do you understand it? This shopping cart!

でも、実際の物だとでかい。だけど小さいとツリーが入らない。

But it is huge when it is a real thing. But a tree does not enter if small.

すると、ホームセンターで「野菜コンテナ」と言うものがありました。

Then there was vegetables container" at a shopping center.

これね！　これにダミータイア横に付ければいいかな....

It is this!　I should rank the dummy tire side in this....

そう思ってました。

I thought so.

そしたら、職場で廃棄になっていた「記載用のワゴン」があるじゃない！！

Then there is "the wagon for mention" discarded in the workplace!

これ！　切った後写真撮ったから離れてるけどこんな感じの台。

This!　

これをサンダーで切ってみるとちょっと小型のカート台になるね！

コレに決定！

It becomes the small cart stand when I cut this with a sander!
It is decided by this!

切ってしまうと強度的に弱いので新たにステーを入れました（白丸）

で、物語の中で乗るシーンがあるので横に細いアルミの棒を渡しました（赤丸）

t is weak in terms of strength when I cut it. 

So as there was the scene that got on a lower stand in the story that I put a stay in newly (white circle), 

I touched four sticks of the aluminum thin aside (red circle)

そして取っ手の赤と全体に銀色をスプレーして、

ちょっと小型のカート完成！

And I painted the red spray of the handle. I sprayed silver on the whole and painted it.
Slightly small cart completion!

そして、野菜コンテナにサフを吹いて、あとは白と牛柄の塗装すればいいね！

And play surfacer in vegetables container; and of white and the cow pattern should paint it！

さあ、カートは大体できた！

Well, generally the cart was completed!

牛だ！

It is a cow!

以前、「シドの部屋のツリー」を作った時の「スカッド」

あれは、ほぼ粘土で作ったから重すぎた。

I made "Scud" of the dog with "the tree of the room of Sid" before.
Because that almost made it with clay, it was too heavy.

なので、今回カゴの前にある牛は、ほぼ発泡スチロールで作る事にしました。

So the cow before the basket which decided to almost make it with Styrofoam this time.

カゴの大きさから「比」を出してサイズ決定！

The size of the basket produces "the ratio" and decides size!

発泡スチロールとベニア板を2枚貼り合わせて形成！

Styrofoam and two pieces of plywood which I laminated it and formed.

ツノは折れちゃうから、塩ビ管。ヒートガンで曲げました。

（左右に貫通してます）

The horn is broken. Therefore it is a polyvinyl chloride pipe. I bent it with a heater.
(the horn penetrates from side to side)

横はこんな感じ。穴にはベニアで作ったら耳を入れます！

The width is such a feeling. I stock an ear if I make it with veneer in the hole!

で、発泡スチロールをどんどんカットして...

I cut Styrofoam steadily...

上から石粉粘土で肉づけ。

Put on flesh with stone powder clay from the top.

耳も耳らしくね！　牛だ。牛になってきたぞ！

The ear is to rial, too!　It is a cow. It became the cow!

ガンガン研磨して凹凸無くしましょう！

I polished hard hard, and let's do it without irregularities!

鼻の穴削って、シーラー塗ってまた研磨。

I sharpened the hole of the nose and painted with a sealant. In addition, I polished hard.

さあ塗りましょう！

Well, let's paint!

モーー！　ピカピカだね！

Moo!　Shiny!

口もちゃんと作りました。

牛柄のパターンも位置も作品と同じに作ってます。

I made the mouth properly.
The pattern of the cow pattern makes the position to agree during a drama.

さあ！　次はおっぱいです！

Well!　Next is the breast!

また同じ様に発泡スチロールとベニア板をベースに作って上から粘土。

In addition, I made Styrofoam and plywood for a bass in the same way. It is clay from the top.

乳首は、10mmの棒を6本刺して粘土で肉づけ。

The nipples sting six sticks of 10mm, and put on flesh with clay.

乾いたら、研磨してシーラー塗りです！

I polish it if I dry and am Sheeler coating!

ここで問題発生！

It is a problem occurrence here!

下から、おっぱい、カート、ベニア板の順で挟んで固定する計画です。

It is a plan to sandwich it sequentially from the bottom, and to fix. 

The breast... cart... plywood.

もう完成が近いので、職場にあるカートを持ち帰り、初めて当てがいました。

It is completed soon. So I brought a cart in the house from the workplace. I put it together for the first time.

ヒエ〜〜〜〜

Oh no!

このパイプ（赤丸）干渉するじゃん。おっぱいが....でかかった....

This pipe (red circle) interferes it. ... that the breast was huge.

この状態でトリマー使って溝入れました...

I used the trimer in this state and sharpened it.

分かるかな？作った溝。　シーラー塗りましょう

（フォーキーは気にしないでね：息子作）

Do you understand it? The groove which I made.　Let's paint with a sealant

(You do not mind the Forkey: a son product)

塗装をして...

Paint it......

おっぱい完成！

Breast completion!

では、取り付けましょう！

Then let's attach it!

ベニアとカートはタイラップで留めて、おっぱいはベニアの上からビス留め。

（予定どうり！）

I fasten veneer and the cart with a belt. The breast is a screw clip from veneer.
(on schedule!)

切りっぱなしのパイプは、危ないから..

The pipe which I cut is dangerous.

キャップを入れましょう！

So let's attach a cover of the aluminum!

あとは、牛柄に塗ったカゴと牛をビスで留めて....

I fasten a basket and the cow which I painted a cow pattern with afterward with a screw.

完成！！！　　Completion! ！

どう？　柄一緒でしょ！　How about?　A pattern is same!

やや上！　　It is the top a little!​​​​​​​

今回は納得いきましたよ！　欲しいでしょ？

It is workmanship satisfied with this time.　Do you want this?

今までクリスマスの植木鉢は、その時で終わりくらいのレベルだったけど...

I use the flowerpot of Christmas only then so far. I made it with a level like it.

これで、近所のスーパーいけるぞ！　　......勇気いるなあ....

Using this, I go to the neighboring supermarket!　　It is ... ... ... courage need..

これともう一個ツリーのトップのオブジェ同時進行で

作るのに半月もかかってしまった....

This and another one. I made it with progress at the art object same time of the top of the tree.

2018ハロウィン仮装タイヤ交換の兄ちゃん TowTruckGuy

12月です！

It is December!

今更ハロウィンネタです。

It is the Halloween material now.

ハロウィンも終わりました。

The Halloween was over

10/28 ディズニーランドへ仮装していきました。

I disguised myself as Disneyland  10/28.

もちろんTOY STORYです。

Of course it is TOY STORY.

ずっと何の仮装しようか考えて......　

I thought about what disguise I went in all the time...

私の場合は、人間限定チョイ役なので.....

I am exclusively human beings. Character to appear a little. So....

まじで、ネタがない。

There is not the material.

目ぼしいのはいくつかあるんだけど、服装のデータがない！

Though there are some, valuable one does not have the data of clothes!

困った。困った。　　そんな感じで一向にテンションあがらず製作意欲ゼロ！

I was in trouble.  Tension does not go up for such a feeling at all. There is no production will!

やっと１週間ちょい前で候補に挙がっていたキャラに決定！

At last it is decided one week ago!

この人です。　　　It is this person.　　

誰？いつ出てくるの？そう思いますよね。

Who is it? When do you appear? You think so.

これは、短編「トイ・ストーリー・オブ・テラー」で出てくる

タイヤパンク修理などをしてくれる業者の兄ちゃんです。

This comes up in short story "Toy Story of Teller".
It is the staff of the flat repair of the tire.

作るものは、黄色の作業用ベスト、帽子、Tシャツ、バックル。

その程度なので大変ではない。

A thing to make is a vest for the work of the yellow, A hat, a T-shirt, a buckle.
As it is the degree, it is not serious.

まず帽子。　紺とグレーのツートンカラーは分かった。だけど文字が......

A cap.　Dark blue and gray two-tone color. I understood it. But a letter....

ググっても、もちろん出てこない。いつも使うコマ送りサイトもこの話はない。

It does not come out even if I google it.

ブルーレイ一時停止か......何となくわかってきた。アメリカのウィキペディアで、

A Blu-ray stop. I understood it somehow. In American Wikipedia.....

登場人物から「Tow Truck Guy」で調べるとわかりました！

I understood that I checked it from a character in "Tow Truck Guy"!

「J.TOP Touring」でしょう。　車は、旅に関係するから、

最高の旅で、TOP  touringかな...

It will be "J. TOP Touring".　Because the car is related to touring, on the best trip, is it TOP touring?

そう思ってたんですが、ここでトレビアネタ発見してしまいました！

彼を担当している声優は、Jason Topolskiという人です。

The voice actor in charge of him is Jason Topolski.

もう分かりましたね。声優の名前の短くすればJ. Topですね！

You already knew it. Of the name of the voice actor if shorten it..... J. Top!

ピクサーならやりそうなことです！

こんな帽子を買ってきて、ペンキで塗装。（１回しか使わないしね）

I buy such cap and paint it with paint. (and I use only once)

アイロンプリントのシールを貼れば

I put the seal of the iron print.

完成！　　Completion!

次は、ベスト。布とバイアステープを買ってきて、

以前の仮装のシドのベストを丸写し！

The next is the best. I bought cloth and a bias tape. It is an entire copy in disguise of シド which I made before!

後は、奥様がミシンでやってくれました。ありがとうございます！

My wife did it by a sewing machine afterward. Thank you!

それに蛍光テープの銀を貼って、完成！

I put silver of the fluorescence tape on it and am completed!

さあ、問題のＴシャツ。水色のシャツは手に入る。

Well, it is the T-shirt of the difficult problem. The light blue shirt is available.

だけど、文字だ......　metal    highとマークしかわからない.....

But it is a letter. ... ... 「metal 」and「 high」 and a mark. ... which only it understands.

metalと このマーク。兄ちゃんの髪形......　　　これをヒントに

metal and this mark. His hairstyle ... ...　　　It is a hint in this...

ここは妥協です。　「DethMetal」でしょ....

It is compromise here.　It is "DethMetal"

「DethMetal」「 high」でググってみたら、「Highvoltage」が出てきた。

"Highvoltage" came out when I googled it in "DethMetal" "high".

何となくそんな雰囲気かな.....　もう悩んでいても仕方ないので決定！

Is it such an atmosphere somehow? ...　

It is decided even if I have been already troubled as there is no help for it!

似ているフォントで文字を書き、

フォントを加工して同じようにしました。

I write a letter in a similar font. I processed a font and did it in the same way.

それをプロッター用のアイロンシート...　

熱転写ラバーシートに反対にしてカット。

It is cut by an iron sheet for the plotter.

いらない部分を捨ててこんな感じ。これでアイロンかければ、

文字部分のみになります！

I throw away the part which is not necessary. Such a feeling. 

It becomes only the letter part when I grind an iron with this!

こんな感じで完成！

It is completed for such a feeling!

このシート。プロッタ―がなくても出来るんで使ってみてね！

（単色だけど重ねてアイロン掛けできるみたいです）

コピー用紙に文字を逆さに印刷。シートの糊側に置いて固定しカッターでカット。コピー用紙とシートだけを切ります。

一番下のプラバンは切っちゃダメ。切ると文字がバラバラになって配置が大変だよ。

縁取りなしで文字だけになるし、アイロンシートが薄いので業者レベルの仕上がりになりますよ！

あとは、かつらを買えばいいね！

でも、補助アイテムないと分かりずらい？

まあ...あっても分からないと思うけど...　タイヤ交換ぽいもの.....

で、前の日の夕方。１００円ショップへ行って適当にジャッキ作りますか

The evening of the previous day. I went to the 100-yen shop and made a jack properly.

スチレンボードの赤をツーバイフォーに貼って紙のパイプを刺して...

I complete the red of the styrene board in wood and stab a pipe of the paper.

でもパイプは長すぎるから切って、写真撮るときだけ長くする仕様に。

Because the pipe was too long, I cut it and had specifications to lengthen when I took a photograph.

劇中はオレンジ色だけどこれでいいか......　適当に完成！

It is orange, in the story, is this all right? ... ...　It is completed properly!

あとはかつらをちょっと切って口の下に両面テープ貼って付ければ髭になるね！

Cut a wig a little afterward. 

If I put double-stick tape under the mouth and attach it, it becomes the mustache!

さあ、インパです!

Well, let's go to the park!

みんな絶対わからないだろうな.....

なので、このルックスで合致した人は、いないんじゃないかな？？

去年と同じでパジャマアンディ。今年は晴れたので上履きで行きました。

この衣装は今年で終わりです。

It is the same as last year. Andy of pajamas. I went with slippers this year as it was fine.
These clothes are over in this year.

他にもアンディがたくさんいたので一緒に撮らせてもらいました。

Besides, I took it together as there was a lot of Andy.

今年は予想どうりみなさんわからなかったけど、

家帰ってジワーっときたみたいだからまあいいかな。

I did not understand everybody as expected this year. 

But everybody seemed to gradually enjoy it, after a house returned.

An email came from Lee last time. "I am sorry to become late"

それは、この帽子とTシャツのロゴの情報でした。

It was information of the logo of this cap and T-shirt.

At first it is cap.

「J.TOP Touring」だと思ってたんですが...

Thought that was "J. TOP Touring", but ...

「J.top Towing」 「牽引」か....なるほど。残念！

良い気候になって来ました！

ひさびさにシトロエンネタです！

ここ数年行けなかったフレンチブルーですが、今年は行けます！

泊まりではいかないですけどね....

泊まりではないので、どこで販売するか分かりませんが、

今年もいくつか作りました。
