Food for Muslims in Japan:( イスラム教徒のお食事
「イスラム教の方々は、日本で外食できるところが少なくて困っています」Today, I will tell you what kind of issues Muslim people have in Japan.突然ですが…私がインドネシアの友人とランチに行くとき、いつも行くお店、どこだと思われますか…(・・?What do you think, where should I go for lunch with my Indonesian friends??それは、インドカレーなんですその理由は、インドカレーが食べたいわけではなく…イスラム教の戒律に基づいて食事を提供してくれるレストランが、日本にほとんどないからなんです！！The answer is Indian curry restaurants.It’s not because we love Indian food, but we rarely find restaurants that serve us Halal foods based on Koran in Japan.By the way, Koran is a sacred Islamic book written in Arabic.日本人には、信仰に基づき毎日食事をとることは馴染みがないと思いますが、海外ではビーガン、ベジタリアン、ハラルフードなど信仰に応じてお食事を取る方々が多いです～(#^.^#)Japanese people are not familiar with having food based on our belief, but it is normal in other countries.There are various kinds of food types, Vegan, Indian Vegie, Halal and so on, in the world.では、どうやってハラルフードが提供されているお店を見分けるのでしょうか…(・・?How did we find Halal restaurants??お店の人に確認するか、ハラル認証マークがお店にあるかを確認します。しかし、世界中に、ハラル認証をしている機関が多数あり、ハラル認証の基準がそれぞれ違うので、「本当のハラルが分からない」、といった問題もあります(;^_^AYou can ask the restaurant staffs or you can see the Certification Mark of Halal food.However, there are more than 200 organizations identified Halal certification in the world.Each organization has slightly different standard, so it is also a problem.ハラル認定を受けたお店日本に住んでいるイスラム教徒の方なら、自分でお料理を作れますが、イスラム圏からの旅行者の方々はせっかく日本に来ても、日本食を食べずに帰ってしまうことも多いようです…（> <）Muslims living in Japan ,they can cook at home, however tourists from Islamic countries cannot have Japanese cuisine all the way when they visit Japan.
