イグアス移住区 パラグアイ

アルゼンチン、パラグアイ国境の世界遺産らしいトリニダー遺跡へ。辺ぴなところにあるので観光客も少なく、ほぼ貸切見学だった。

そのままパラグアイの真っ赤な土をどんどん越えて、イグアスの滝そばの町まで来た。しかし近くに日本人移住地があるということを聞いたので、滝まで行く前にちょっと寄り道することに。

イグアス市というのは1961年から日本人が移住をし始めたところで、現在は大豆の生産を中心に180世帯ほどの日本人が住んでいる。（興味がある人は下のサイトを読んでね。）

そして、バスでイグアス市へ向かっているときにいつものことながら居眠りをしてしまい、車掌に何かを言われて起きたときには少々通り過ぎてしまっていた。

しかし、バスを停めてもらったところが偶然にも、ぜひ訪問したいと思っていた、JICAパラグアイ農業総合試験場だったので、それならと（明日が土曜日ということもあり、）ごあいさつとアポ取りに伺うことにした。

お忙しいところだったにもかかわらず1962年に鹿児島から家族と一緒に移住してこられた園田さんが、敷地ないにある移住資料館を案内してくれた。移住の歴史や当時の生活、農業の展示がしてあり、サンパウロに続きなかなか知ることのない日本史の一部を学ぶことができた。

園田さんのうちでは最近ペンション（民宿）を始めたそうで、それならばと、仕事が終わるのを待ってお世話になることにした。この町は観光地ではないので宿代が高いとは聞いていたが、２人で16ドルと泊まる予定にしていた福岡旅館よりリーズナブルで（朝食別だが）、エアコン付の部屋で洗濯機も借りれてよかった！（２週間分溜まっていた洗濯を全部できた。）

そして、さて翌日はまたイグアスの滝へ帰ろうと思っていたら、夜に急に下痢が始まった……。最近あまり腹いっぱい食べることはなかったのに、急にお昼と夜と連続して日本食のバッフェ（日本人経営で安くてうまい！お昼はニュートーキョー3ドル、夜はシロサワで5ドル）で欲張って食べ過ぎたからだろうか？？パラグアイに入ってから暑いのに炎天下の中歩き回ったからだろうか？？今日になって昨日は平気だったアンドレアも同じく……。メキシコシティに続きそろってダウン。

ということで、現在パラグアイ・イグアス市にて療養中。

ロザリオ, アルゼンチン Rosario, Algentina

チェ・ゲバラが生まれた町ということで寄ってみたけど 、生まれたうちが博物館 になっているわけでもなくただそとからそのアパートを眺めただけだった。そのほかには特に見どころはなく、あえていえばアルゼンチンの国旗をデザインした人のための？大げさにでかいモニュメントがあった 。

This is the town which Che Guevara was born in 1928. We visited the house that he lived. But there was not a museum about him and we only saw the apartmant.

Boca Joniors

The studium, "La Bombonera" was the best studium in my experience.

We were late for the game because of our flight searching for Europe. There were no tickets at the windows in the studium. So we bought tickets from the scalpers(people selling tickets around the stadium) for about US$7(the official price for that ticket is $5). It was the cheapest seat on the 2nd floors behind of goal posts, I think. There were no place we can get in so we had to watch the game from all over behind of Boca supporters. We could not see the whole pitch and the game was pretty bad. Boca didnt play well. But the stadium and the supporters were very very cool. It was such a fantastic experience.

ブエノスアイレス

イエーイ！！アルゼンチンだ～よー。

今日は中心部をぶらぶらして、「アルゼンチンといえば肉でしょう！」ということで、名物の薪焼きの牛肉、臓物、鶏肉の肉盛合わせを食べて、これまた名物の赤ワインを頂きー！この度始まって以来、自腹での一番豪華な食事だけど、一人当たり￥1600（２人で100ペソ）くらいだった～よー。

夜は、これまた「アルゼンチンといえば」ということで、市内最古のカフェバーの地下にある小さなシアターでタンゴ！始めて見たけど、激しいステップだねぇ。とても真似できないよ。

明日は、ボカの試合を観に行くつもり。安く観れるといいなぁ～♪

宿情報 日本旅館

周辺がボリジア人街で治安悪いらしい。中心部から遠い。ガイドブックなど本多い。日本語可インターネットＰＣ一台あり。

初代ワールドカップスタジアム モンテビデオ

ここはこれといって見所がなさそうだったんだけど、確かウルグアイは第一回のサッカーワールドカップの開催地（＆初代優勝国）だったことを思い出した。地球の歩き方にも何も書いていないのがちょっと不思議だったけど、観光局で聞いてみるとやはり第一回のメインスタジアムとそこの中にサッカー博物館があるそうだ。

さっそく、ローカルバスの番号を聞いて行ってみる。さすがに築77年だけあって日本のスタジアムからは想像できないくらいボロい。博物館は英語の上手なサッカーマニアの青年「イグナシオ君（だったっけな？）」が丁寧にひとつひとつ詳しい説明をして回ってくれた。最近のウルグアイはあまり強くないけど、実は優勝２回の古豪国なんだよね。最初のワールドカップ（ジュールリメ杯）のレプリカや当時のユニフォームやシューズ、ペレやマラドーナのユニフォームなどが展示してあった。

この日は木曜日で試合はないけど、だれかのコンサートの準備をしてた。しかし、博物館見学中に突然の大雨で、後からスタンドを見学しようと思っていたのにとても外に出られない。でもせっかくだから一応お願いして一瞬だけスタンドに立たせてもらった。

中学生の時にサッカー雑誌で見た歴史あるスタジアムをこうやって訪れることができるなんて、あの時は夢にも思わなかったなぁ。

San Salvador

Finally I got Brasil visa in Gatemala. Yay!! After I picked up my passport. I took a bus to San Salvador in El Salvador. When I arrived at the bus terminal in San Salvador it was 8pm. I took a citi bus which looked to go the direction to the hotel. After I got off the bus, I still needed to walk 3 more blocks. At the morment I was wondering if it was enough safe around there, a man with a necktie asked me in Spanish "where are you going?(I guess.)" And he told me "there are many mugger around here. you should take off your watch and pierced earrings. Be cafeful." in Body language. Finally he sent me off at my hotel. I was so lucky to meet such a nice person when I needed! Next morning there are markets on the streets around the hotel. It looked OK during the day. I ate pupusas which is made with corns, a popular local food in El Salvador. Then I left San Salvador for next destination of Copan Ruins.

Tikal

is the largest of the ancient ruined cities of the Maya civilization.

We went there today after Andrea's 2 days sickness.

The ruins lay on lowland rainforest. Today it was not so hot because it was raining. There are so many mosquitos in the jungle. I hate them.

That is the best ruin in the ruins which I have seen so far.

Caye Caulker

It is a small country in Central America. We arrived Belize city by bus at night. It looked not very safe in doentown. Actually we heard it is so danjorous specialy in the dark, from many people. Next morning we went to a Island which named, Caye Caulker. It was such a nice Island in Caribbean Sea. There is "Blue Hole" in the sea. It is a big hole under water. But we can't aford to go scuba diving there. So we snokeled near the coral. We swam with many rays and a small sherk

Palenque

I visited Palenque Ruins. It is one of famous Maya´s ruins in the jungle. The many parts of it were broken down. But it was such a beautiful ruins in the forest.

We ate a pizza today. It is the first none local food in Mexico I think. We eat cheap foods usually. So that about US$6 of pizza was quite expensive for us. It tastes nomal actually but such a good pizza for us!

サパティスタ民族解放軍 in オベンティック自治区

I visited the town of EZLN（Ejercito Zapatista de Liberacion Nacional、サパティスタ民族解放軍）.

I knew only the name of "Zapatista" before, but I didn´t know what they are and where they are. It is their self-governing dominion(自治区) so I needed my passport for entry to their place.

I had two interviews first. They had black caps on thier face. It made me scared but they were a kind of friendly to me who don´t speak spanish at all. I just told them "I am a tourist and I want to look around thier town".

I can´t speak Spanish so I could not ask any about them. I really wanted to talk to them.

It was one of the great experience. And I have to know and study more about our world.
