土曜日は、久々に
ブルーノートに行ってきました。
コロナがあって、ずーっと行ってませんでした。
なんと、約一年ぶりのコンサート。
Hi there!
My husband and I went to Blue Note Tokyo last Saturday.
We hadn’t been there for about a year because of corona.

ここだけの特別オールスターバンドです。
BNT stands for Blue Note Tokyo.
The band is made up with the best selected musicians all over Japan specially for the house.

Here, on the right is the outstanding figure, Eric Miyashiro, smiling happily like Daikoku Sama, with his trade mark long blond hair.
One of the top trumpet players in Japan.
彼は 一年前デイブグルーシンのライブの時に
拝見しています．
同じく、このブルーノート東京です。
I saw him playing in Dave Grusin band about a year ago, also at BNT.
躍動感あふれる 力強くも美しいトランペット
His high tone is vigorous, powerful and extremely beautiful.
今回の編曲もアレンジも全て手掛けるという
素晴らしい才能．
So talented he is to orchestrate and direct all the pieces as well.

At BNT they are trying their best to prevent corona virus in many ways such as arranging tables and the stage apart to keep social distances, placing alcohol at each table, decreasing the number of staffers and so on.
そして
各テーブルに、消毒用アルコール
スタッフの数も、激減してます．
それでもこうしてライブを楽しむ機会があるだけでも、世の中随分マシになりましたね．
Despite the changes, we are so grateful to be there again to enjoy the live music like this.
Things have been definitely getting better.

It’s got creamy egg, raw ham, and fresh salad on top of the fluffy pizza crust.
Yum! It’s a sure must try one.

The night’s special guest Katsumi Watanabe gave us a great surprise by playing some of the tunes by a very famous jazz guitarist.

約一年ぶりのブルーノート
色々変わってしまったけど
As with many other places, things are different from what they used to be at BNT.
やっぱり、生の音楽は、素晴らしい
But I still find it great to enjoy live music there.
息遣いが、迫力が、
全然 違います
We can feel the breath, feel the power.
気合いが、感情が、違う
実感。
生は、違う❗️
Their spirits and their emotions.
That’s what we can never get enough of through watching video on line.
Live music is so much LIVE!
心に水が染み込むように
エネルギーをいっぱいもらいました．
I felt my heart revitalized and filled with energy, as if the water would go into dry sand.
やっぱり
音楽は、偉大だ。
There is nothing like music, truly.
