This is my family’s regular dish.
大根菜のよごし
でも、これ、美味しいんです。
Despite its unpleasant name, it’s very tasty.
おばあちゃんがよく作ってくれた
私にとっては、故郷の味
My grandma used to make it quite often.
It’s so -called “ the taste of home. “ to me.
作り方
Here is how to make it.
大根菜を刻んで
Chop the daikon leaves add sesame oil and fry
砂糖 醤油 味噌を加えます。
When it’s soft and moist, add sugar, soy sauce and miso.
This time I used this one.
味噌パウダー❗️
パウダーで、コクが足りないかな？
と思ったけど 大丈夫。
いい味になりました。
Miso powder.
I was a little worried if it might not have enough flavor, but it worked well actually.
The miso powder makes it tastes just as good.
仕上げに
白ごま、七味、は、お好みで
これがあると ご飯がすすむんだよなあ。
Add sesame, chili powder and if preferred.
It’s really very good on rice.
風呂吹き大根の味噌代わりにも
It can be a substitute for miso on top of furofukidaikon.
今は、大根菜
あまり見かけなくなってしまいましたね。
Nowadays we don’t see many daikon with leaves, which I find very sad.
Such a shame as it is a very good ingredient.
寂しいですね。
