思考を外化（明文化）するシリーズとして色々書き出していこうと思います。
会社の好きなところは
・残業少ない、残業代出る（まるまるではないが…）
・待遇
・怒鳴られないw
・オフィス綺麗
・ビル内設備充実
・街が好き
悩ましいところは
・仕事が下っ端なようなものばかりでわくわくしない
・上司とコミュニケーションとれないwww良い人なだけど話が噛み合ない
・ほんとは●部に行きたかった。異動出来るか不明瞭…
・仕事のレベル自体は難易度高いものと低いもの入り交じってるけど
低いものでも慣れてない＋会社独特のやり方＋前提知識不足（その会社の仕組みなど）
だから時間かかる。終わらないうちにもっと仕事降られる。。。
分類すると…
・OK：周囲の人間関係（温厚）、待遇面（W/L）、設備面（清潔）は満足。
・NG：仕事の分野（not first choice)、内容（many small tasks, few discretion）
かな。
Basically I like my company but there are both OK side and NG side for me.
OK's are human relationships, payment(not much but not less), W/L, and working environment, i mean, facilities.
NG's are the filed of job, and the styles. Actually the department I belong to was not my first choice since i have little options at that time. I choose here because the position was the most closest open position to my interest. I was interested in *** but there's no open position so i changed my mind that I can work on *** from inside through ***** of ****s. Regarding the working styles, I currently work on many small tasks that have very little impact on the company, with few discretion. I like to contribute to my company with using my disceretion.
