neither は （２つのうちの）どちらもない！
これ、私の覚え方で恐縮なんですが
どうしてもneitherが覚えにくかった私は
n(ot) either = neither と覚えました。
まあ、そのまま覚えられる人には関係ないですよね＾＾
例）
Would you like tea or coffee? お茶かコーヒーはどう？
You can have either. どっちか片方ね！
佐藤さん：Do you want to go the the movie or theater? 映画にする？演劇にする？
江頭さん：Neither. I want to stay home. どっちもやだ！ 家にいる。
もう少し例文で
Would you like tea or coffee?
either. どっちでもいいよー！
I don't want either. どっちもいやだー。
Neither. どっちもいやだー。
