殺人容疑
フィリピン国家捜査局（ＮＢＩ）は
６月下旬から行方不明になっている
マニラ在住の日本人男性を殺害し、遺体を海中に遺棄した疑いで
殺人容疑などで計８人のフィリピン人を訴追した。
行方が分からなくなっているのは
岡田裕史さん（５４）と
交際相手のフィリピン人女性（４２）。
岡田さんは６月２７日に勤務先に姿を見せたのを最後に
行方が分からなくなっている。
訴追された８人のうち
死体遺棄に関与し司法取引で検察側に協力することになった
３人を除く５人はいまだに逃走中だという。
フィリピン国家捜査局によると
６月２８日、岡田さんの自宅でフィリピン人女性が
連れ子の少女（１９）と口論になって突き飛ばしたのに対し
少女の交際相手の男が怒って女性を殺害。
止めに入った岡田さんも殺されたとみられている。

台風16号
フィリピンの首都マニラなどでは
9月18日の夜から19日にかけて大雨が降り、大規模な洪水が発生しました。
フィリピンの国家災害対策本部によりますと
これまでに、少なくとも5人が死亡し、1人が行方不明になっているほか
20万人以上が避難するなど大きな被害が出ているということです。
洪水が発生した地域では、住宅の屋根まで水につかる被害も出ていて
軍などが出動して、ボートを使って住民を救助する事態になりました。
また、各地で電気の供給がストップしていて
復旧には時間が掛かるとみられています。
台風16号は現在、台湾の南の海上を北上中です。
この後、台湾に上陸して、25日ごろには日本列島に接近する恐れがあります。

数週間以内に大規模噴火する恐れがあるとして
警戒レベルを引き上げた。
（警戒レベルは６段階あり、今回はレベル３に引き上げられた。）
マヨン山は首都マニラの南東約330キロにある活火山。
15日午前５時から同日午後８時までに
火山性地震が32回発生するなど、活動が活発化している。
マヨン山が位置するアルバイ州の知事は
火口から半径８キロ以内の約１万世帯の住民に避難命令を出した。
