15日夜、ロスバニョス校の女学生がトライシクル運転手に
性的暴行を受けた。犯人は逮捕したという。
犯行現場は、2011年にロスバニョス校の女学生が性的暴行を受け殺害されている。

フィリピンの市民を殺害
フィリピンの英字新聞「ザ・フィリピン・スター」によると
「アメリカ軍兵士が、フィリピン・オロンガポ市内のホテルで
フィリピンの市民１名を殺害した疑いが持たれている」ということです。
今回逮捕されたアメリカ兵は、合同軍事訓練を行っていた
フィリピンに駐留する3,500名のアメリカ軍兵士の１人だということです。
アメリカとフィリピンは今年の４月２８日
「アメリカ軍にフィリピン国内の基地の使用や一時的な駐留を認める
１０年有効の軍事協定」を締結していました。
（この軍事協定に、フィリピン国民は大規模な反対運動をくりひろげています。）
