ターミナル3の到着ロビーから近くのロータリーまで
屋根付きの歩道を建設するとう。
小型乗合バス「ジプニー」や路線バスの利用者に対応するためだという。
（総工費は、490万ペソ。）

12月10日、2010年に制定された禁煙法の施行を宣言し
今後は違反者を厳しく取り締まると伝えた。
喫煙は、市により事前に許可された場所でのみ可能になるという。
違反者には、500ペソ以上の罰金が課される。

7日未明、フィリピン中部を直撃した台風22号は
9日にかけてフィリピンを横断するとみられています。
強い勢力の台風22号は、中心気圧955hPa、最大瞬間風速60mで
1時間に10kmの速さで西に進んでいます。
現在、フィリピン中部が風速25m以上の暴風域に入っています。
去年、台風の被害で約7400人の死者・行方不明者が出た
レイテ島タクロバンでは
突風で木が倒れ、家屋が倒壊するなどの被害が出ています。
これまでに約72万人が避難したということです。
台風22号は、9日の未明に首都マニラに最も接近する見込みです。
