ジンベイザメ
フィリピン海上保安庁は
4月12日午後3時頃、汚染が著しいマニラ湾で
迷い込んだと思われるジンベイザメが発見されたと伝えた。
海上保安庁職員によると
マニラ湾でジンベイザメが見られるのは非常に珍しく
最後に見られたのは2009年だったという。

今回で6年目を迎えるこの大会には
オーストラリア、カナダ、中国、香港、オランダ
アメリカの代表チームが参加する予定だという。

２部リーグにあたる「ディビジョン１（Ｄ１）」が
４月１５日から、フィリピン・マニラで開催される。
フィリピン代表（ニックネームは火山を意味するボルケイノス）
２００８年のディビジョン４を皮切りに着実にステップアップして
昨年ついにＤ１入り。
優勝した韓国にも善戦するなど
すでにトップ５入りしてもおかしくない実力を持つチームです。
