週末に洪水に見舞われた
フィリピン首都圏とその周辺地域では
23日も冠水している地域があるとして
一部の学校が休校になった。

犯罪報告件数
フィリピンの国家警察長官の発表によると
2012年6月までのフィリピン首都圏地域の犯罪報告件数は29,231件で
前年同時期比の36％増だという。
これは、地方の犯罪組織が
首都圏への進出が活発化している事がひとつの要因だという。

粛清
フィリピン・ルソン島ケソン州サンフランシスコの農地で
２２日朝、少なくとも３０人分の遺骨が土中から見つかった。
フィリピン軍や警察は
フィリピン共産党の軍事組織「新人民軍（ＮＰＡ）」のゲリラが
１９８０年代、スパイ容疑で粛清した犠牲者とみて
捜査に乗り出した。
フィリピン軍によると、遺骨には拷問を受けた傷痕が多数あり
１９８０年代にはこの地域で
ＮＰＡによる粛清で多数が行方不明になったという。

娘と行動を共にしていると思われる人物。

人を好きになるのは、年齢、環境に関係なく
