生活保護費を不正受給したとして
警視庁渋谷署は詐欺容疑で
鈴木正晴（５７）、出射宜（６１）と
２人の妻でフィリピン国籍の４８歳と４０歳の女２人を逮捕した。
鈴木容疑者の逮捕容疑は
平成２１年４～９月、妻が清掃会社に勤めて収入があるにもかかわらず
東村山市から生活保護費計約１３６万円をだまし取ったとしている。
出射容疑者は、２４年１０月～今年１月まで
妻がスナックに勤め収入があるにもかかわらず
同市から計約７９万円をだまし取った疑いが持たれている。
昨年６月に東京入国管理局から
「氏名詐称で入国したフィリピン人らが
生活保護費を不正受給している」との情報が
警視庁渋谷署に寄せられていたという。
