I COMPLETED 🎉🎉🎉 This program was challenging in many ways. Firstly, I wasn’t the type of Barre 😅 Secondly, I had to be put of my comfort zone a lot! And I just stepped in my new chapter of life. I started going to school, not everyday.. but still challenging for me, and also started practicing Reiki. So these 2 new addition was along with Barre Blend. I used 20lbs dumbbells and completed many programs... I only used 1.5 lbs lightest weights on this program and sometimes so hard!!! I had to drop them!! We usually like to improve bigger muscles but smaller muscles groups’ strength, flexibility, and endurance are also important. As you see, You only need very light dumbbells or no dumbbells and steady chair ( I used step stool ) and small space! get your best attitude and show me that! You are always welcome to be in my tribe. Be healthy or Diet is not just losing weight but also balanced meals, balanced body and mind. And also very important to keep up.
