You can also discuss withdrawal after stopping and any long term effects such as protracted withdrawal syndrome and possible permanent damages. Benzo dependence can cause all kinds of symptoms, so please list things even if you can’t see their relevance such as eye floaters etc.
In particular, I would like you to make it clear if your doctor oversaw the fact you had begun suffering from dependency (withdrawal reaction) and side-effects, and instead misdiagnosed you with something else and gave (recommend) more drugs.
