それは「乾燥」
ほら、昔からあるじゃないですか、干しシイタケとか
干し芋とか🍠
あの要領です。干せば日持ちしますやん！
ただ、単にスライスして干すだけだと、今度飲むとき面倒ですよね。水で戻してとか？ないない
そしたら、それを粉末状にしてパウダーにしちゃえば、ええんちゃう？？
おぉー、そうや、パウダーにすればええやん、俺天才
ということで、思い立ったらすぐ行動するのがニッチャラ式
ネットで調べてみたら、家庭でも使えるちょっと本格的なスライサー、乾燥機、粉砕機があるある！
居ても立っても居られず、さっそくネットでポチリました

And as I wrote in my last blog, this carrot is only available for a limited time.
I tried freezing them, but the capacity of the freezer was exceeded in no time.

So, I had to come up with better way to preserve the carrots.

We often see, dried shiitake mushrooms, dried mushrooms, dried potatoes, etc.
In that way, it'll last longer!
But if I simply slice and dry it, it will be troublesome to rehydrate when I drink it.
