さて、奇跡の野菜リコピン人参に出会った私は、ネットで調べまくります。普通のスーパーではもちろん売っていないので、ひたすらネットショップで買いまくりました。
しかし、残念ながらこのリコピン人参、通年栽培されるものではなかったのです
12月頃から春先4月くらいまでしか収穫されず、5月~11月までの間は残念ながら手に入らないのです
とにかく買えるだけ買ったはいいものの、人参は生鮮食品
当たり前ですが、そのまま放っておいたら悪くなります。
野菜が日持ちするビニール袋に入れて、冷蔵庫に入れておいてもさすがに何か月ももちません…
ん～、次の収穫までどうすんべ
ここから私の悪あがきがスタートです。
生では持たないのであれば、冷凍してみよう！ということで、せっせと人参をミキサーでピューレ状にして、ジップロックにいれて冷凍庫に保管という作業をコツコツはじめました。
あっという間に冷蔵庫も冷凍庫も人参でいっぱいという状態に
いやもうこれは冷凍庫をもう1台買い足すか！？ということまで真剣に考えたほどでした。
それまでしても、切らしたくないという想いで必死でした。

The effects are only based on my “personal experience”.
Well, when I came across the miracle vegetable “Lycopene Carrots”, I started researching all over the Internet. Of course, they are not sold in ordinary supermarkets, so I went to online stores to buy them.
But unfortunately, this lycopene carrot was not grown all year round.
It is only harvested in December to April, and we can’t buy them in May to November.
Anyway, I bought as many as I could, but carrots are fresh vegetables.
Of course, if left untreated, it will go bad.
Vegetables do not last for months indeed, even if they are put in a special preservation bag and kept in the refrigerator...
Hmmm, what am I going to do until the next season?
This was when my fight against inevitable begins.
If they won't last fresh, freeze them!
So, I began to puree carrots in a blender and put them in a zip lock bag and froze them.
In no time, the refrigerator and freezer were full of carrots.
I even seriously considered buying another freezer!
I was desperate not to run out.
Well then!
