文法的には良いが、これでは天候のせいで視界が悪いのか、(I had を使っているせいで)私の視力に問題があって見えないのか？とクリアでない。I hadではなく、There is poor visibility (today).としても良い。
I was very scared because of the poor visibility and bad road conditions.

早く春が来るといいです。
