おはようございます☀
本日は5時起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
久々に5時に起きれました、
先週土曜日に調子乗って1時に
寝てしまったのが良くなかった
昨日は19時までにご飯終えて、
2100に布団に入りました
いつもは20時にまでにご飯、
2100に布団読書で、
2200には就寝
いつもより1時間消化を
早めてみたわけですね
これが思っていたより
効果ありまして、
回復力がかなり違いますね
睡眠負債はどうやら
まだ残っているようなので、
今日も19時までにご飯食べて
21時には布団入ろうと思います
明日は休みなのでジムですし、
金曜日も行けば週3ノルマは
達成できます
PQとは、
運動、食事、睡眠の
時間と量の関係かなと
解像度が少し上がってきました
まだまだ精進ですね

It's a 5 AM wake-up call and blog post day! ✨
I managed to wake up at 5 AM after a long time. Last Saturday's late night—going to bed at 1 AM because I was getting carried away—was a mistake.
Yesterday, I finished dinner by 7 PM and was in bed by 9 PM.
Usually, I finish dinner by 8 PM, get into bed for reading at 9 PM, and go to sleep by 10 PM.
I tried speeding up my digestion time by one hour, and it was more effective than I thought. The recovery power is quite different!
It seems I still have some sleep debt left, so I plan to have dinner by 7 PM again today and be in bed by 9 PM.
Tomorrow is a rest day, so I'll be at the gym, and if I go on Friday too, I will have achieved my three-times-a-week norm.
I'm starting to get a slightly clearer picture of PQ (Performance Quality?): it seems to be the relationship between the timing and amount of exercise, meals, and sleep.
I still have a long way to go.
"The Enemy of the Best is, good." (Perhaps closer to the commonly used quote: "Good is the enemy of Great.")
The time has come for me to seriously commit to this phrase.
