Planed recovery

おはようございます☀
本日は5時20分起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️今日の所沢は
最高気温9度だそうです
昨日から6度位低くなりましたかね
何もしてなくても心身疲労
起こしますよね、そりゃ
タイミング悪く私も、
先週の土曜日に無駄な
ネットサーフィンで1時に寝まして、
絶賛睡眠負債の返済中です
昨日一昨日と、
19時までにご飯食べ終えて
21時には布団入ったおかげで
今日はかなり調子いいですね
仕上げに今日はジムに行って、
今日も19時までにご飯、
21時には布団で完璧だと思います
1週間かけて計画的回復をすると、
何だか自分で人生コントロール
してる感がありますね
1日単位はもちろんですが、
1週間単位や一ヶ月単位でも
計画性持てるようになることが
主体性の一歩かもしれませんね

本日も最高に創造的で、
ワクワクする一日にしましょう!

I woke up at 5:20 AM today, and I'm ready to post a blog! ✨️
The maximum temperature in Tokorozawa today is expected to be 9 degrees Celsius.
I suppose that's about 6 degrees lower than yesterday.
It's understandable that you feel mentally and physically drained even when you're not doing anything, especially with the weather change.
Unfortunately, I slept at 1 AM last Saturday after some aimless web surfing, and I'm currently in the process of paying back my severe sleep debt.
Thanks to eating dinner by 7 PM and getting into bed by 9 PM for the last two days, I feel much better today.
My plan for today is perfect: a trip to the gym to finish the recovery, dinner by 7 PM again, and in bed by 9 PM.
Doing a planned recovery over the course of a week really gives you a sense of controlling your own life.
Not just on a daily basis, but also being able to plan on a weekly and monthly basis might be the first step towards proactivity.
The Enemy of the Best is, good.
The time has come for me to seriously commit to this saying.
Let's make today a super creative and exciting day!
