本日は5時起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
「ホワイト社会」とは、
清潔さ、道徳、優しさ、
コンプライアンスが過剰に重視され、
暴言や不潔さ、
強い批判などが排除される
「見た目がきれいで波風の立たない社会」
を指す言葉です。
作家・批評家の岡田斗司夫氏などが提唱し、
議論されています。
時代変化というのは
良い悪いの観点からでは
語れないと思うんですよね
スマホが公共手続きでも
ほぼ必須になった現代で、
スマホの良い悪いを説くことは
あまり意味がないのかもしれません
同じように、ホワイト社会も
時代変化として受け入れて、
自分自身を変革する必要が
あるなと思います
私が生まれた昭和や平成は
本音で悪口も言える関係や、
ちょっと汚いラーメン屋、
過激な言葉を使うバンド、
そういったものが本物で
綺麗なものはどこか偽物である
という価値観が、
社会にあったようにも思います
その延長で私自身にも、
その価値観はあるのだと思います
ところがコロナ以降、
この価値観は全く社会的では
なくなったのかもしれません
柳井さんが言うように、
市場や社会はある意味では暴力的で、
すごい勢いで変化してます
もしかすると今は、
すごい勢いでホワイト社会に
変化してるのかもしません
であれば、
自身を変革する必要があります
社会の公器となることが
会社の使命の一部とするならば、
社会が求めている価値観を提供
することが大切ですからね
ホワイト社会という
言葉を知ってから
2年程経ちました、
いよいよ本腰で自身を
変革させる時がきたようです
頑張ります！

The Shift to a "White Society"
A "White Society" refers to a visually clean and frictionless society where cleanliness, morality, kindness, and compliance are excessively prioritized, while harsh words, impurities, and strong criticism are entirely filtered out.
It is a concept that has been proposed and discussed by figures like author and critic Toshio Okada.
I believe that changing times cannot be judged simply through a lens of "good" or "bad." In today's world, where smartphones have become virtually essential even for basic public procedures, debating whether they are good or bad is somewhat meaningless.
In the same way, I feel the need to accept the shift toward a White Society as a natural sign of the times and transform myself accordingly.
Authenticity vs. Cleanliness: The Era Divide
During the Showa and Heisei eras when I was born and raised, society seemed to hold a specific set of values.
Relationships where you could be brutally honest (even to the point of bad-mouthing), slightly grungy ramen shops, and bands that used extreme language were considered "authentic."
Conversely, anything that was too clean or polished felt somewhat "fake."
By extension, I think I still carry those older values within myself.
However, since the COVID-19 pandemic, these values may have completely lost their place in society.
As Tadashi Yanai says, markets and society are, in a sense, violent—they change at a tremendous speed. We might currently be hurtling toward a White Society at this exact breakneck pace.
Committing to Self-Transformation
If that is the case, I need to transform myself. If a company's mission is partly to serve as a public institution, it is crucial to provide the values that society is actively demanding.
It has been about two years since I first learned the term "White Society." It seems the time has finally come for me to buckle down and seriously change myself.
I am ready to give it my all!
"The enemy of the best is good."
The time has come to genuinely commit to these words.
Let's make today another highly creative and exciting day!
