睡眠の90分サイクル、大切

おはようございます☀
本日は5時起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
ここ2日程は
帰宅が20時30分ですね
そうなると20時までに
夕食というパターンは
使えません
20時30分帰宅の場合は、
先ずは5分間入浴
ご飯食べたら、
23時に就寝
90分サイクル守って、
5時には勝手に目が覚める
これでも睡眠スコア、
90前後いけるんですね
これは新しい武器を
手に入れました
通常時は
15分入浴して20時までにご飯で、
22時に就寝、
5時30分起床の7時間30分睡眠
ちょっと非日常時は、
5分入浴で21時頃までにご飯、
23時に就寝、
5時起床の6時間睡眠
睡眠スコアは10程減りますが、
非日常にしては維持してますね
睡眠の90分サイクルって、
大切ですね

I woke up at 5:00 AM today, and now I'm writing this blog post ✨️
For the past two days, I've been getting home around 8:30 PM.
When that happens, my usual pattern of having dinner by 8:00 PM just doesn't work.
So, if I get home at 8:30 PM, I start with a quick 5-minute bath.
After eating, I go to bed at 11:00 PM.
By sticking to a 90-minute cycle, I naturally wake up at 5:00 AM.
Even with this schedule, I can still get a sleep score around 90!
I feel like I've acquired a new weapon with this.
Normally, I take a 15-minute bath, finish dinner by 8:00 PM, go to bed at 10:00 PM, and wake up at 5:30 AM for 7.5 hours of sleep.
On these slightly irregular days, I take a 5-minute bath, eat by around 9:00 PM, go to bed at 11:00 PM, and wake up at 5:00 AM for 6 hours of sleep.
My sleep score drops by about 10 points, but I'm maintaining it pretty well considering the schedule is out of the ordinary.
The 90-minute sleep cycle really is important, isn't it?
