本日は5時10分起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
毎日druckerを始めて、
丁度2ヶ月だ経ちました
かれこれ12年くらい前に、
たまたま職場図書館で
見つけた「経営者の条件」
そこが私とdruckerの
初めての出会いでしたね
まさかその後、
本当に経営野道へ進み、
ここまでdruckerにお世話に
なるとは思いませんでした
毎朝、数行でお腹一杯です（笑）
一文字一文字がまぁ重い、
消化して実践するには
年月かかりますね
黒字に出来ない、
経営評論家には興味ないので
実務としてdruckerを
得ていきたいなと思います
しかし、
意味のなくなった成功は、
失敗よりも害が大きい
なんて名言、
そうそう出てきませんよ
どれだけの自制と規律、
自分への厳しさや
世の中への大義があれば
こんな言葉でてくるのか
世の中には、
想像もできないような
すごい人がいるものですね

この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました
本日も最高に創造的で、

Good morning ☀
I woke up at 5:10 AM today,
and here is my blog post ✨️
It has been exactly two months
since I started reading Drucker every day.
It was about 12 years ago
when I happened to stumble upon
"The Effective Executive" in my workplace library.
That was my very first encounter
with Drucker.
I never imagined back then
that I would actually go down the path of management,
and end up relying on Drucker
as much as I do now.
Every morning, just a few lines leave me completely full (lol).
Every single word carries so much weight;
it takes years to truly digest them
and put them into practice.
I have no interest in "management critics"
who can't actually put a business in the black,
so I want to continue absorbing Drucker
as practical, hands-on knowledge.
But man,
"Success that has lost its meaning
is more harmful than failure."
What a profound quote.
You don't just easily come up with lines like that.
Just how much self-restraint, discipline,
strictness with oneself,
and sense of grand purpose for the world does it take
to produce words like these?
There truly are some unbelievably
incredible people
in this world.
