本日は5時15分起床、

立腰してるおかげで、
何が起きても動じなくなりました
主体的ってやつですね
徳川家康に出てくる、
柳生宗矩はこの辺りを
極めてたのではと思います
兵法は日常生活や政治の
判断でも発揮されるというのは
新しいパラダイムでしたね
バガボンド読んでると尚更
ほんと、
色んなものが繋がっていきます
岡田斗司夫ゼミで、
人生は40歳から反転する
ゲームだと言っていましたが、
少しづつその意味が分かってきたような
ダンス・ダンス・ダンスで言っている、
全ては繋がっているが少しづつ
実感として出てきたような
かといって、
今日死んでも悔いのないように
生きていく
ほんと、人生ってのは面白い

この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました

I woke up at 5:15 AM today and just finished my blog post. ✨
Thanks to practicing Ritsuyo (upright posture), I’ve found that I no longer get shaken, no matter what happens. I feel I am truly becoming proactive.
I suspect Yagyu Munenori, as depicted in Tokugawa Ieyasu, had mastered this very state of mind. The idea that the art of warfare—Heibo—manifests in everyday life and political judgment was a paradigm shift for me.
Reading Vagabond makes this realization even deeper.
Everything is starting to connect.
In Toshio Okada's seminar, he mentioned that "Life is a game that flips at age 40," and I feel I’m finally beginning to grasp the meaning of those words.
It’s like the theme from Dance Dance Dance: the realization that "everything is connected" is starting to settle in as a tangible sensation.
Even so, I live in a way that I would have no regrets if today were my last. Truly, life is fascinating.
"The Enemy of the Best is, Good."
The time has come to commit myself to this truth.
