イレギュラーな1週間を超えて

おはようございます☀
本日は5時起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
何を当たり前にするかが、
人生においては大切だと思います
当たり前というのは、
イレギュラーが起きた時に
初めて気づくこともあるようで
当たり前を知るには、
当たり前じゃないことを
経験しなければ行けない
動く物と書いて、動物
世の中は本当によく
できてるなと感心します
先週はイレギュラー続きでした
食事の時間、寝る時間、
1週間の流れ、アルコール摂取
これでもかってくらい、
当たり前を崩さざる負えなかった
1週間でしたね
そこから得るものは多くて、
腰にエネルギーを貯めることや
イレギュラーな時こそ儀式を守る
儀式は漢方をしっかり飲むことですね
イレギュラーな時って、
交感神経優位で冷静さに
かける事があるようです
そんな時は、
今の自分がどう思ってようと
儀式は必ず行うこと
ほんと、世の中ってよくできてます

Woke up at 5:00 AM today.
Time for a new blog post. ✨
I believe that what we choose to treat as "ordinary" is what truly shapes our lives.
Sometimes, we only realize what our "ordinary" is when something irregular happens. To truly understand the norm, one must experience the exception.
The Japanese word for animal, Dōbutsu (動物), literally means "moving thing." It strikes me how perfectly the world is designed.
Last week was one irregular event after another.
My meal times, my sleep schedule, my weekly flow, even my alcohol intake—it was a week where my "ordinary" was disrupted as much as it could possibly be.
But there was so much to gain from it: learning to store energy in my core and remembering to keep my "rituals" especially when things get chaotic.
For me, that ritual is consistently taking my herbal medicine (Kanpo).
When things get irregular, the sympathetic nervous system takes over, and we can lose our composure. In those moments, no matter how I’m feeling, I make sure to perform my ritual without fail.
The world really is remarkably well-structured.
"The Enemy of the Best is, Good."
The time has come for me to truly commit to these words.
