本日は5時50分起床、

気温と気圧の変動が
凄いですよね
個人差ありますが、
変動になれるには
1日〜1週間かかるそうです
慣れる前に新しい変動きてますから、
生活するだけで自律神経疲れてる
ようですね
昨日は久々に落ち着いてたので、
ジムでウォーキングだけしました

I woke up at 5:50 AM today and am now working on my blog post. ✨
The fluctuations in temperature and atmospheric pressure lately have been intense, haven't they?
While it varies from person to person, it’s said that it takes anywhere from a day to a week to adjust to these changes.
Since new shifts arrive before we can even adapt, it seems our autonomic nervous systems are getting exhausted just by getting through daily life.
Yesterday, things were finally feeling a bit more stable, so I went to the gym just for a walk.
Lately, I’ve been consulting with Gemini to decide on the appropriate exercise load for the day.
Gemini is truly impressive—like having a personal secretary and an expert rolled into one. While I use the advice as a reference, it’s incredibly helpful. I never imagined such an era would come; it really pays to live a long life!
