miss

The Enemy of the Best is, good

Good morning! ☀️
Woke up at 5:50 AM and I’m straight into writing this blog post. ✨
"Failure, when turned into a lesson, is an investment in success."
I say that to sound cool, but honestly, I made a mistake at work yesterday for the first time in a while. It was a sharp reminder that no matter how old you get, vigilance is key.
However, I haven’t been an "old guy" all these years for nothing. I was able to confirm my strengths: the speed and accuracy of my response, and more importantly, the mental resilience to treat it as a lesson rather than getting depressed.
Now, my focus is on increasing the density of every second.
This incident became the catalyst for adding a new item to my PQ (Productivity Quotient) goals: "Strategies to prevent distractions from breaking focus."
As we gain experience, we tend to fear failure. While being careful is good, it can also stop us from taking risks. But if we can truly treat failure as fuel for success, the hurdle for taking on new challenges becomes much lower.
No one wants to fail, but there are certain things you can only learn through that experience.
Life is truly interesting, isn't it?
"The Enemy of the Best is, Good."
The time has come for me to commit to this phrase wholeheartedly.
Let’s make today a highly creative and exciting day!
