おはようございます☀
本日は6時起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
ガンジーの言葉を、
染み染みと感じた朝です
いま生きている事自体が
奇跡のようなもので
生きてきた事自体も
奇跡のようなもので
何か先に望むのではなく、
これまで生きてきた事への
感謝で生きていく
人生、40歳位にもなったら
そういう考え方と大切かなと
思うようになりました
人生というのは40歳で一度、
ターンオーバーするもんだと
この理論はなかなかそうだな
と思ったりしますね
いい意味での諦めや、
鈍感さが身につくといいますか
そういうところからも、
利他の心は生まれてくるのかも
しれませんね

この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました
本日も最高に創造的で、
ワクワクする一日にしましょう！

I woke up at 6:00 AM today and am working on my blog post. ✨
This morning, Gandhi’s words are resonating deeply within me.
The fact that we are living right now is a miracle in itself.
The fact that we have lived this far is also a miracle.
Instead of constantly chasing what lies ahead, I want to live with gratitude for everything that has brought me to this moment.
I’ve come to believe that once we reach around age 40, this mindset becomes essential.
I feel that life undergoes a "turnover" at 40.
This theory really rings true to me.
It’s about gaining a sense of "positive resignation" and a healthy kind of "insensitivity" to the trivial.
Perhaps it is from this place of peace that a true spirit of altruism is born.
"The enemy of the 'Best' is 'Good'."
The time has come for me to truly commit to this principle.
