気温に応じた睡眠時間
Sleep length

おはようございます☀
本日は6時20分起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
当たり前ですが、
気温が異なれば心身状態も
変わります
当たり前の事に自ら気付いて、
更に行動できることは
当たり前ではなかったりします
昨晩、珍しく2030に寝てみたら、
0620に起きたんですね
9時間50分も寝たの久々です
早く寝過ぎても良くないので、
今までは2100までは起きてました
うーむ、この時期は2030でも
いいかもしれません
10時間睡眠なんてのは、
無自覚の睡眠負債が貯まっている
可能性高いですね
自分の心身が一番ミステリーですね

この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました

Good morning! ☀
I woke up at 6:20 AM today, and now I'm working on my blog post. ✨
It sounds obvious, but our physical and mental states shift along with the temperature.
To notice these "obvious" changes and take action accordingly is actually not as common as one might think.
Last night, I did something rare and went to bed at 8:30 PM. As a result, I woke up at 6:20 AM. That’s 9 hours and 50 minutes of sleep—it’s been a long time since I’ve slept that much.
I used to stay up until at least 9:00 PM, thinking that going to bed too early might not be ideal.
However, at this time of year, 8:30 PM might just be the right call.
Needing 10 hours of sleep suggests there’s a high possibility of accumulated "sleep debt" that I wasn't aware of.
My own mind and body are truly the greatest mysteries of all.
"The Enemy of the Best is Good."
The time has come for me to truly commit to this sentiment.
