Good morning! ☀
Woke up at 5:30 AM today for my blog post.
As always, I’m writing my blog right after Morning Pages.
When I’m in peak condition both mentally and physically, I can fill an entire A4 page in about 13 minutes. The pen never stops, and the content flows with incredible depth.
On the other hand, when I’m even slightly off, it can take up to 20 minutes. I suppose that's still fast considering it used to take me 40 minutes when I first started.
At this point, it feels like I’m living my day today just to ensure I’m in the best possible state tomorrow morning—all to maintain the quality of my Morning Pages.
I’ve developed a literal physiological "rejection" to producing a poor-quality session.
The morning has truly become a sanctuary for me.
It’s only been five years since I started "ASAKATSU 2020," and I’ve already reached this level.
I can’t help but feel excited about what lies ahead after 10 or 20 years.
"The Enemy of the Best is Good."
The time has come for me to truly commit to these words.
Let’s make today a supremely creative and thrilling day!
