おはようございます☀
本日は6時起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
来週は歯科定期検診です
私は親知らずという
爆弾と共に暮らしています
かなり奥深いところにあるそうで、
体調悪い時は神経に触れてきたりします
ここ数カ月は全く平気だったのですが、
今朝久々に少し痛みまして
理由は明白です、
1週間程前から朝風呂スマホやめたら
夜に見るようになり、
寝るのが2230に2日ほどなりました
まぁこれが原因ですね、
それまで2100には布団に
入っていましたから
親知らず君が教えてくれたわけです、
今の生活続けるなら痛むぞーと(笑)
今日から2100布団再開します、
痛いのは嫌ですからね(笑)
スマホ時間も少しは欲しいので、
こりゃまた時間を切り詰めないとですね
このトライアンドエラーが、
まぁ面白い(笑)

I woke up at 6:00 today, and I've posted a blog entry! ✨️
I have a routine dental check-up next week.
I live with a wisdom tooth, which is a bit of a time bomb.
Apparently, it's very deep inside my jaw, and it sometimes irritates a nerve when I'm not feeling well.
It hasn't bothered me for the past few months, but this morning, it hurt a little for the first time in a while.
The reason is clear: about a week ago, I stopped using my smartphone while taking an early morning bath, and instead, I started looking at it at night.
This resulted in me going to bed at 22:30 for about two nights.
Well, that's definitely the cause. Before that, I was usually in bed by 21:00.
My wisdom tooth told me, in its own way, "If you keep living like this, I'm going to hurt!" (lol)
I'm going back to being in bed by 21:00 starting today. I don't want to be in pain! (lol)
I still want some smartphone time, so I'll have to cut down on other time again.
This trial and error process is what makes it so interesting! (lol)
