ご飯だけは家族と食べなあかん
No matter how much you work, you must eat dinner with your family

おはようございます☀
本日は5時15分起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
22時頃まで仕事すると、
睡眠と消化問題が生じます
寝る2時間前までには
食事終えてるのが大切
22時以降食べたら、
寝るの日をまたいでしまう
また、家族との時間も
取れなくなってしまう
こういう時、
職場近いと夕飯の30分だけ
家に帰ってご飯を食べて職場に
戻ることができます
これだと全てにおいて、
バランス取れるんですよね
原則中心のリーダーシップ
ってやつです
30分でも家族と夕飯食べると、
全くいないのとでは雲泥の差です
このアイデアも、
恩師の現役時代の話を
真似して実践してるだけですけどね
どんなに仕事しても、
ご飯だけは家族と食べなあかん
名言です、
覚えて実践してる私もなかなかです(笑)

この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました

I woke up at 5:15 AM today,
and posted a blog post! ✨️
If I work until around 10 PM,
I run into sleep and digestion problems.
It's important to finish eating at least 2 hours before going to bed.
If I eat after 10 PM,
it will be past midnight before I sleep.
Also, I won't be able to spend time with my family.
In times like this,
if my workplace is close, I can go home just for 30 minutes for dinner, eat, and then return to work.
This way, I can achieve balance in every aspect.
This is what's called Principle-Centered Leadership.
Even just 30 minutes of dinner with my family makes a world of difference compared to not being there at all.
This idea is also something I'm putting into practice by simply imitating the stories of my mentor's active working days.

That's a great quote. I must say, I'm pretty good for remembering and practicing it myself (lol).

The time has come to seriously commit to this phrase.
