おはようございます☀
本日は5時45分起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
連日8時間超えの睡眠ですね、
目覚まし使わずに自然起床で
この時間なのですから、
身体が求めてるのだと思います
寒暖差とか気圧とか、
その変化だけで自律神経は
なかなか働いてるそうです
ほんと、37歳になって知る
自分の事が沢山あります
歳を重ねて失うものあれば、
等価交換のように得るものもある
どちらに視点を向けるかで、
人生を面白がれるか変わりそうです

I woke up at 5:45 AM today and posted to my blog! ✨️
I've been getting over 8 hours of sleep for several days now. Waking up naturally without an alarm at this time means my body is clearly asking for it.
I hear that even small changes in temperature or air pressure can make the autonomic nervous system work quite hard.
It's true, there is so much I'm still learning about myself now that I'm 37. As we age, there are things we lose, but there are also things we gain, almost as an equal exchange.
How much we can enjoy life seems to depend on which perspective we focus on.
The time has come to truly commit to this phrase:
