久々の70kg台
long time, on the 70s

おはようございます☀
本日は5時起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
かなり久々に体重が、
70kg台になりました
一ヶ月に一キロづつ
痩せてるような感じですね
大学入学時が74kg
入職時が77kg
最近の最大が84kg
大学時代と比べたら、
常に10kgのお米を
身にまとって生活してた
わけですね
そりゃ重いですわ(笑)
ダイエットの定義は食事療療法で、
厳密には運動はふくまれないと
でも運動すると余計に食べたく
ならないから不思議
とりあえず目指すは77kgですかね、
年明け位でしょうか
PQドンドン上げてきます
The Enemy of the Best is, good
この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました

I woke up at 5 a.m. today and posted on my blog ✨️
For the first time in a while, my weight is in the 70s. It feels like I've been losing about 1 kg a month.
When I started university, I was 74 kg.
When I started my job, I was 77 kg.
My heaviest recently was 84 kg.
Compared to my university days, I was basically carrying around a 10 kg bag of rice on my body all the time. No wonder I felt heavy! (lol)
The strict definition of "diet" is a food therapy, and technically doesn't include exercise.
But it's strange—when I exercise, I don't feel the urge to eat more.
My goal for now is 77 kg, maybe by the new year. I'm going to raise my PQ (Physical Quotient) steadily.
I think it's time to seriously commit to the phrase, "The enemy of the best is good."
