本日は7時起床、

昨日は
文京卒業生学術交流会でした
福井先生と打ち合わせや
世間話をしてから、
基調講演を拝聴
部屋でお話聞くのもいいですが、
講演という形でお話を聴くと
また違う解釈ができますね
ポスター発表も、
BBATやノルディック、離島
など面白い発表が多かったです
夜は山﨑先生と飲み会へ
同級生やら先輩やら、
はじめましてだけど
地元が勤務地の後輩2人やら
ワチャワチャやりました
学術交流会自体は無料ですからね、
恐ろしいほどのコスパです
来月は池袋で保健医療技術学部の
20周年パーティですね
本当にこういうサードプレイス
には感謝感謝です

I'm up at 7 AM today to post a new blog entry.
Yesterday was the academic exchange for Bunkyo University alumni.
I had a meeting and a chat with Mr. Fukui before listening to the keynote lecture.
It's great to talk in a room, but listening to a lecture gives you a different perspective.
There were also many interesting poster presentations on topics like BBAT, Nordic walking, and remote islands.
In the evening, I went out for drinks with Mr. Yamazaki.
I had a lively time with my classmates, seniors, and a couple of younger colleagues from my hometown.
The academic exchange itself was free, so the value for money was incredible.
Next month, there's the 20th-anniversary party for the Faculty of Health Sciences in Ikebukuro.
I'm so grateful for these kinds of "third places."
"The enemy of the best is, good." The time has come to truly commit to this saying.
Let's make today a fantastically creative and exciting day!
