Salsa dance
おはようございます☀
本日は5時起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
念願だったサルサダンスを
昨日始めることができました
下北沢でできたご縁の
延長線ですね
息子も練習に参加して、
家族でサルサデビューしました
パートナーと踊ることなんて、
普段ないですからね
なかなか非日常体験なのと、
男性がリードして女性の
重心を変化させていくのは
歩行介助に感覚似てました
Rockメインだった私は、
音楽に乗る＝moshの
世界しか知らなかったですからね
ボサノヴァに乗せながら、
決められたステップ踏むだけで
新しい音楽への没入体験ができました
1時間なんてあっという間でしたね、
次回は10月頃でしょうか
ぼっちざろっくを皮切りに、
下北沢との御縁がここまで
深くなるとは
人生でサルサダンスを習う日が
こようとは
人生は面白いですね

この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました

Good morning! I woke up at 5 a.m. today to post on my blog.
I finally started salsa dancing yesterday, which has been a long-time dream of mine.
It's an extension of the connections I made in Shimokitazawa.
My son joined the practice, so our whole family made their salsa debut together.
It's not often that you get to dance with a partner.
It was quite an extraordinary experience, and the way the man leads and shifts the woman's center of gravity felt similar to assisting someone with walking.
Since I was mainly into rock music, the only way I knew how to "get into the music" was through moshing.
But by dancing to bossa nova and following specific steps, I had a new experience of immersing myself in music.
The hour flew by so quickly; I think the next session will be around October.
I never imagined my connection to Shimokitazawa, which started with "Bocchi the Rock!", would deepen this much.
I also never thought I would one day be taking salsa dance lessons.
Life is so interesting.
"The enemy of the best is good."
I feel like the time has come for me to seriously take on this phrase.
